As a doctor i had the following terrifying experience. On 6/9/23 at approximately 530PM I called, as instructed by national scripts services, to perform a prior authorization for a patient. I spoke politely and professionally to the representative giving the information. He placed me on hold. When he returned the representative told me he "spoke with his supervisor" and stated "we wont do prior authorizations for this patient, the patient needs to call to pre pay." I inquired why that was and noted I still wanted to perform a prior authorization for the patient. The representative said nothing and then proceeded to hang up the phone on me. I called back and the same representative answered. I inquired why he hung the phone up on me and asked for his name. He said nothing and proceeded to hang up again. I called back, a different representative answered, and i asked to speak with a supervisor. I was placed on a hold and then was told the supervisor wasn't in. I asked for the number for supervisor Christina Bishop and the representative told me he wasn't sure if he could given me the information however he transferred me however i only got her voicemail. I attempted to submit a compliant to their website however it the page continued not to load. I tried doing it from several other devices and its continued not to load either - indicating that clearly they do not want feedback. This is not only concerning but disturbing that I, as a provider, am not being given information or resources to be able to provide a patient with necessary medication. If there is a reason a service can not be provided that is one thing, but being hung up on and not being given necessary information to problem solve it is another.

I have only a five star review for Chuck with RX Valet. He has answered all my questions and arranged all my meds to be sent to my home with ease. Thank you Chuck for all you do, I’m deeply grateful.

As a new customer, I wish that my pharmacy had a representative like Karen at RX Vallet.After I couldn’t get my questions answered by Walmart, she was patient, informative, and an Allstar problem solver! Certainly sets a new standard of customer service that is rarely seen now days.

Extremely disappointed with this company. The turn around to get your prescriptions takes 2 to 3 weeks. Slow service from customer service getting back with you and prescriptions being sent to you. I would look somewhere else.

As a new Rx Valet customer, I had a time with getting my doctors office and pharmacy on the same page. I wanted to order a 90day supply. supply. The doctors office misunderstood. The folks at Rx Valet have been SO quick to respond to EVERY issue. They were helpful,friendly and pleasant even when I got frustrated, and wasn't. It was FINALLY shipped on Friday! Just make sure the 1st time to allow 2weeks.
