Very good offers and variety in women's pants and the service was excellent, I loved seeing how the guy who served us went out of his way to assist me in my Spanish language, overall we both had practice in both languages, it was gratifying for both of us

Staff is rude and wheel chair accessible fitting room is crammed with stuff and can’t be used. They are sending the message that they obviously don’t want the disabled to shop at their store!

Employees are RUDE and the wheel chair accessible room was used as a storage closet! I was told by staff that most people just have the door open to the smaller fitting rooms. I guess so EVERYONE can see your naked body! Rue21 doesn’t care about the disabled!

Rude is the name of the game when hiring the staff for this store. My son was scolded and I couldn't purchase an item because it was almost closing time, the tag was not on the item and the I was told to go get another like it because it can't be scanned without a tag. Um no! You know your product or should, YOU get something to scan. Wth. Not the first rude interaction with rue 21 employees. The only time they r nice is when they want u to buy a fragrance. By the way, i used to work there! This is not the rue way!. Do better.
