Older lady that was “checking receipts” pulls everything out of the bag slowly checks it off one by one and then shoves everything back in your bags. If stealing is such an issue then don’t have self checkout ? open more cashier stations

Worst Ross I’ve ever been to in my life. Service was so slow. Both self-checkout & regular check-out lines were inefficient. Front workers needed lots of help. One worker was standing around laughing/giggling while the others were struggling to meet customer demands. Don’t wanna ever come back to this location.

the staff is incredibly rude especially the old black lady and the short indian looking lady with the purple hair. the store is always a huge mess and isn't inviting at all and you are constantly overstimulated by the sounds of screaming children and that stupid alarms going off on EVERY single item in the store its ridiculous!

Me and my wife went to buy at this location and we had the worse customer service ever. The old lady at the self check out was very rude. I was 1 item over the limit permitted and she came yelling that I could not pay there because I was over 1 item. I told her that I was going to leave 1 item so I could pay there and not make the line and then after I finally pay for my purchases she told me she needed to remove the security tags and check my receipt and when I was handing her the clothes she told me in a rude way that the hangers needed to be removed and hang on a rack before I hand her the clothes. We been there a lot of times but truly, we are going to look to buy in another location. That old lady with short hair need to be taught how to treat people with respect and if that's something she can't do she needs to look for another job where she is not dealing directly with people.

Awful attendants. Especially this Tall African American Woman. We bought a pair of socks for our baby and they had some strings out of them we asked at self check out if they can give us a discount and we were told a 10% discount that's all they can give, we agreed. We also had to return some stuff so they sent us in line to return it with an attendant since no return is done at the self checkout. When we got to the attendant we asked for a 10% discount she said let me ask my manager, which happened to be the African American Woman, she didn't even look our direction or at the socks she nodded her head NO. This woman is racist, i mean why is she even there holding this position. She should be replaced with someone more polite with customers. Everything in the store is out of place, its a mess and all the other attendant are walking around the store doing nothing when there is a line 1 mile long. Seriously, there needs to be a shake up at this location, maybe a visit from corporate or upper management will do them some good at this location, otherwise this place will go down the drain. The place is as good as the manager or management. Please look into this store, a lot of complaints on this store, which means something is not done the right way here, the biggest problem is management.

Tall African American woman is horrible, rude with hate for different nationalities. She has 0 knowledge of how to provide professional customer service and reading different reviews how she treats customers , can’t believe she still has this job and nobody fired her by now .

Came here on a Friday night....one cahier open and the supervisor on shift was just sitting around. I went and ask her if more cashiers available she said no....well open a register ???
