Mr. Michae J Cobb did an excellent job delivering and setting up the washer and dryer on the second floor of my home. He explained "Your Agreement At A Glance" document and he did a test run on the appliances. He represented RAC quite professionally.CJoe

Bad customer service very unprofessional! Washer went out for 2 days, I’ve call them and nobody decided to come out to check it out beside telling me to troubleshoot it which it still didn’t work but have the nerve to ask for their payments which you guys couldn’t out to check and lied and told they was never show up!! After paying this off I will no longer be using rac in the future

And my boy David up there took social care of me. Couldn't quite swinging the laptop that I wanted by myself before he went out there and found it for me. It took him a couple of days but then again he worked on it for a couple of days to make it happen. Great stuff great people

First time I placed an order I was called and told I would recieve a call back. Never heard nothing. Second third and fourth time I placed an order I never got a call. I had to contact customer service 3 times to get my money back
