Girls at the front desk were a little rude but besides that, this place is pretty good.. Short wait times and get you in and out pretty quick and doctors are knowledgeable. They don't however give you a visit summary or anything explaining your medications or your visit and if you have any questions about it you have to usually wait 24 hours for a call back to explain anything. So all in all good while your there but a bit difficult after you leave.

I had an appointment at 2pm. When I check in, they made me fill out some paperwork. After an hour and 15 minutes I went to check my line in place since three people that arrived after me went in before me. The lady at the receptionist said my appointment was at 3:30 even though I specify my appointment was at 2pm and didn’t correct me at check in. She told me I would be next when I had ask my place in line however 5 more people went in before me. When I ask for the office manager it too also too long to speak to someone. I end up waiting 2 hours. I am really disappointed since they used to have great customer service before.

Johnson, if you see this review. It means you did not resolve my wrong billing issue. Quest still sent me a bill for November-15 date. When I recieved you call on November-2, you told me it was resolved and you were able to work with Quest to fix this wrong billing issue, but here I am still receiving a bill from quest. Please contact me and fix this … again… you have my info.

Awesome experience! Saw Michael Johnson, PA and received excellent care. He was very thorough and I was very pleased with my treatment plan! I followed up with my primary care doctor and he was also pleased with everything he did for me. Staff was very courteous and it was overall a positive experience!

The front desk receptionists were very welcoming and helpful. I had a wonderful conversation with one of them while checking in. The wait time was very short. WOW!! The diagnostic technician was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable as the test was done. He made sure that I was comfortable by asking me how I was doing throughout the test. Wonderful experience. Great job everyone.

Raven Moore is amazing, she’s the best medical provider I’ve seen thus far! I truly believe she is Heaven sent. What I love about her is that she actually cares about her patients, she takes the time to evaluate/address your needs & concerns. She listens, she’s sincere, genuine with an AMAZING personality, and a great spirit! She has such an amazing energy about her. She made me feel like she values my health the way I value my health, and that means a lot to me. Also, her words of encouragement inspired me today and it touched my heart in ways that only God could explain. God knows I needed that today ?? All I can say is, she is PHENOMENAL and I am happy that I met her. I will be returning to Regan & I look forward to seeing Raven each time! Keep up the amazing work! Raven deserves every great Blessing coming her way ?✨

Only giving 1 star because the Ultrasound techs were great. You would think people in the medical profession would be kinder and more unorganized to people coming for medical care. The employees are condescending and give the wrong information. I could get past that except it seems they upcharge you at this clinic. I was told my exam would cost a certain price after Reagan called my insurance to get approval. I have documentation stating what my total price would be and what I would be expected to pay upfront and when my remaining balance would be expected. The day of my exam, after paying, I also signed a paper confirming my balance. Months later I received a bill that was more than 2X what my balance should be. I spoke with employees from the billing/accounting department and explained the situation to several people and called my insurance to confirm. I let them know I even have documentation from their clinic stating what I owed once it was confirmed and approved by my insurance. Everyone I spoke to basically told me, it doesn’t matter what I was initially told and that it was my responsibility to pay the higher bill they sent me. They completely ignore the fact that on more than one occasion, more than one employee confirmed what my exam costs would be. They also ignore that I have documentation from their employees confirming costs prior to my exam, and my signed signature of what my remaining balance. Suddenly they “do not have any document noting how much my balance is”. Anytime I ask for a manager to follow up with me they say they will but never do and I just get calls asking me to pay, and every newperson I spoke never updated my account with notes regarding this situation or to have a manager reach out to me. They are unorganized and provide misinformation and then expect patients to suddenly have a large amount of money to pay a larger bill. Disgusting.*** I see another review posted that Reagan sent the wrong billing code to insurance. When I called my insurance, I was told they also charged me for the wrong code. Reagan called my insurance with one code but billed me for a different one. I gave this information to Reagan and they still refused to acknowledge their many mistakes. Seem like this is a reoccurring issue and they scam patients.

Dr. Rafeedie is the best. He actually LISTENS to me and for the first time I feel like I have support and am working WITH my doctor to find solutions for any issues I have. The office is a little busy and can be crazy sometimes with a wait (and honestly, it could definitely use an update) but all of the staff are super nice and everyone has been amazing with my care. Highly recommend.

My 83 year old mom has been very sick and I told her that she needed to go to Reagan Medical Center to be checked out. I told her that she needed to see Michael Johnson, PA and he was there! She received excellent care and was very happy! She is on the road to recovery and I am so thankful she was able to see him! She wanted me to write a positive review for her since her experience was a good one! She talked to her PCP and told her that the experience was excellent and she will refer her patients to Reagan Medical Center when urgent care is needed.

The staff was courteous and the doctor (Michael) was great. Very reasonable with his approach and funny - best part of the visit. Diagnosed the problem with my hand quickly and I was on my way.The offices could stand a little freshening up but the cost for the visit was less than expected so it was okay.

I was recently referred to Reagan Medical Center through Truth’s Clinic, firstly it took a long time to get someone from the clinic to return a call after I had left two messages. Now, on the day of the mammogram screening, I was called in by a tech who was not friendly or interested to ask how I was doing. When the time of screening came, I ask if she could cover my neck with a shield to prevent my thyroid from radiation and she nonchalantly told me the clinic does not have one. I personally speaking have not had a mammogram without the tech offering a shield on my neck. I was not giving this review for any reason than for Reagan Medical Center to improve on their service and train their employees to.act more professionally.
