I called this location to ask her to look up an item number and the lady said she couldn’t look it up because someone was on the computer ??? Like okay !! After the computers aren’t in use THEN look it up or you can at-least take one second to look up the number. It would’ve been understandable if she said once someone leaves the register then she will look it up and call back or something !! Poor customer service & I hate that for them

I can't believe the owners had the employees working here with NO A/C on one of the hottest days of the year! It's inhumane! However, the selection of items available for purchase was good.

RIDICULOUS! Walked in and felt like we ate hot air. How are you letting employees work like this? The store itself was in great condition, except NO FITTING ROOM. My fiance was trying to find clothes, and like the other Rainbows about 10mins away, no fitting room. Is that just a Rainbows thing?
I came on here to make a review about that, but I don't know what's worse. No fitting room at a clothing store, or the fact that it's hotter inside then outside. Would upper management work in these conditions? What's worse, I saw a review with an apology that was made three weeks ago!
You better appreciate your employees for dealing with this!

I enjoyed the ladies at this store. The lady who assisted me was very nice. Her name was Mar. I did not enjoy the lack of air conditioning, which led to me and my pregnant cousin sweating while shopping. Not cute if I had to try on clothes I would have sweated on everything ewwwww . I probably would have spent more money if the store had air conditioning. I truly felt bad for the ladies working there. I am sure this is not proper working conditions . While they had about 3 fans running, it was entirely too hot to work under those conditions. Rainbow do better ! I hope this review gets those sweet ladies some air conditioning and a cool work environment you deserve it.

After shopping for only twenty minutes, I broke out into a sweat and nearly felt like I was going to pass out due to the extreme heat inside the store. The fans in the store provided no relief, making the shopping experience highly uncomfortable. Despite these conditions, the employees remained extremely caring and attentive, providing excellent customer service under such difficult circumstances.
However, knowing that these employees have to work in such an environment all day is deeply concerning. It is unacceptable for staff to endure such harsh conditions, which not only affects their well-being but also their ability to perform their duties effectively.
This situation needs urgent attention from the management. Improvements in the store's ventilation and air conditioning are necessary to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for both customers and employees. Until these issues are addressed, I find it hard to justify returning to this location or recommending it to others.

This place needed to be shut down!!! It is Extremely hot. Absolutely insane for the customers and employees to have to work/shop under those conditions. They (Corporate) should be ashamed of themselves!!!!!!!!

The owners of this establishment should be ashamed of themselves. This is the 3RD summer where this store has been extremely Hot. You guys make millions every year and you could at least provide air conditioning. Do not respond to me until you fix the issue . St this point your words mean nothing. You should be embarrassed

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. The store was nice and clean, but the reason for my rating was the customer service. I asked a couple of questions, and the staff was rude and unhelpful.

Took my time finding items I wanted only to be told the fitting rooms are closed. No reason given. Just "they're closed". Waste of my time.

this place is sickening. It’s freezing, dirty, and unkept. This location should be closed. I’d rather drive an hour out my way, rather than going to this store. The young lady seemed very kind but the environment is awful. I’ve called the number but they seem not to care. this has left me no choice. I don’t even want to give y’all 1 star this is pitiful

This is an emergency. It's winter time. Where is the heat? I visited this location to grab a couple of outfits but my shopping experience was interrupted due to how cold it was at the grayson location rainbow. I feel like this is putting both the customers and employees in a dangerous and unsafe environment. There are tiny heaters everywhere, I fear that this is major fire hazard. Please come turn on the heat.

The employees are awesome! They were friendly and helpful. However inside of the building is freezing which makes shopping extremely unpleasant. I would have shopped more if it was warm and comfortable. I really feel for the employees who have to endure the freezing temperature all day.

Went on to grab a red jacket for the holidays. They didn't have so I bought a plus size button down dress undid the buttons and wore like oversized long jacket. Worked great. If you look on the clearance racks they have deals starting at $3.

It was cold outside and I walked down from another store thinking not only would I be safe and warm inside, but I could shop comfortably. It is freezing in that place and the associates are dressed in big coats, knit caps, and floor heaters like you use in a residential home let alone a corporate shopping store. I do not want to think of what the store would have felt like without those heaters, but what happened to central heat the likes of for a commercial store???? Looking at the other reviews that say its too hot, tells me that the building has not had adequate air and heat all year so I will not go back since you have just told me you do not care for the customers. I am not sure if the Corporate office cares about customers, but if you don't start we will continue to do our best shopping online like at Fashion Nova and others where we can shop and be at least comfortable to shop and prices are still right. I give 1 star not because of the associates but because the store itself is horrible to shop in freezing!
