Big selection of not much to fit my foot. Maybe one day they average guy can find something here. Or would they rather shop online or elsewhere. For now elsewhere worked. So won't go all negative here and give 3 stars.

I’ll never shop here again!!!!! Bought a pair of crocs for a Christmas gift and went back to exchange for different size. They had me pay a $5 difference because they weren’t on sale anymore???? Same shoe, same color, just a different size. Merry Christmas ha

So outstanding the sales associate that assisted my husband is courteous, efficient, kind and so helpful she gave awesome information toward our next purchase with the reward points with purchases yes this young lady at the Sugarloaf Mills location in Rack Room Shoes is what retail brick and mortar stores are missing caring devoted associates.

Visit shoe rack first for name brand sneakers. Nike's paid $30 less than at other shoe mall shop.

Good prices on shoes. Seems like there is always a bogo sale going on. Only issue right now is empty shelves. A couple aisles in the store were completely empty.

I love this store but they do not switch over they inventory often! It is the same shoes in every section that be there for months to years. That's the disappointing part. Over all you can't beat Buy One get the 2nd 50% off.
