They lock the bathroom doors I guess to prevent the homeless people from using them. I went in to use the restroom after filling up and several employees stood around doing nothing.. totally unacceptable I’ve never seen a racetrack bathroom closed

I witness an act of kindness this young white kid asked the gm that he was on his way to work and didn't have nothing to eat and no money that if he could get a donut the manager mr moe did not hesitate to say yes and went further offering a drink
There are things that people do and we don't see it

They should've given the lady at the register a legit 1 hour lunch break. So I told her "$20 on pump 13" and she rung me out for $2 at pump 13. I noticed that she's eating her lunch while helping customers, so I assume that Race Trac doesn't offer proper lunch breaks to their employees. I don't blame the lady, I blame the idiot district manager for enforcing a No Lunch Break policy. If the lady got a legit 1 hour lunch break, she wouldn't be under stress hunger, and I wouldn't have had to go back to the store to say "$18 on pump 13". Thanks for wasting my time Race Trac ?

This place is advertised as 24 hours a day but anytime you go there after 11:00 pm they may or may not be open. Tonight they were not open so I just went to QT across the bridge. This is the fourth time this has happened so I'll no lower support this business. QT would never. If it's a situation where a register is being counted down or something like that you should have another employee working to serve your customers. Stop being cheap and properly staff your establishment if this is the case

Went to the store at 4:40 in the morning and the store was not open false advertising if you're not open 24 hours please change your times and put the correct time that you're open and close

The employees appear to be under the influence. They've got short-term memory, and I've had to repeat things to them 2-3 times just to get gas credited to the correct pump#.Shameful POS! ????

This store needs to be closed down. This is the most disgusting gas station I have ever been in and based on how rude the employees were it makes sense. Both toilet stalls in the men's bathroom were un-usable. And the kicker, there was no door handle to leave the bathroom. You're stuck in there until someone else comes along and opens it. Corporate needs to be made aware of just how awful this location is.
