run like you're running from covid from this place, the staff are incompetent, I'm at the point when I see a black medical staff at a facility where I need service to just run. I've been going to the quest in walmart at the Lawrenceville location for years with no issue, now that, that location has closed, I have to go to this sub service underground quest location . These people tell you one thing on the phone and when you get there it's a different issue. They put in the wrong insurance information, they don't honor your appointment. I've came here three times already. The woman with short hair is telling what my insurance name is as if she's on my insurance.

I have difficult (slippery) veins. I was only stuck with a needle once to draw blood. Thanks to the phlebotomist for making my experience pain free.

The phone system does not work well so I made an appointment and came in person too find out there are no working bathrooms at this location and I have to go some where else.

Everything was very well coordinated. From scheduling on line. Appointment being confirmed.
I received a text morning of appointment that instructed me to check in via text. I walked in & sat down. Technician came for me & drew blood & I left. Very easy, convenient and prompt.

Person drawing my blood was fast and efficient. Nice as well. They took me in exactly at the time of my appointment.

We had an appointment and once we got in we waited maybe 10 minutes, but it was quick and Fouché (I really hope that’s his name) was so sweet when drawing my 5 years blood and he was able to calm her down with the other nurse to be able to get the blood! We will be back when needed to this location!
