I stoped by Sunday evening to try and grab a sub when they were not so busy. I had a wonderful sandwich and bowl of soup ready to check out. There was only one check out line open, and I kid you not the line went from the register all the way to the rear down an isle. It would have taken me at least an hour to stand in line and purchase my food , this is totally unacceptable to me as a customer. I layed my items down and left the store with out meal. What's is the deal where is the management? Where are the self check out machines ? Where is the 10 items or less register with an employee. You don't mess with my food or waste my time like that. The Sunday night manager should be fired immediately. I'm so disappointed.

Charging $16.99 for 12oz pistachios is wrong. This same size bag sells at Kroger and Walmart for $8-11. I will never shop here again. Disappointing.

This place still packs out early and I know why. Had an amazing steak cooked perfectly and juicy. If you ever need steak sauce here you’re wrong.

Most staff are friendly but if you have a problem with your groceries, when THEIR own produce turns out poor and you try to return it, don't expect to receive help. I just wanted a strawberry exchange , not even money back but exchange since I found mold on some I bought a few days ago. I accidentally grabbed an old (less than 30 days though) receipt but still had my original payment method and the old receipt i brought did have the same strawberries and quantity listed. The young lady who was working, with tan skin and two tone hair, refused to let me return the cases of strawberries that I have, and she was very rude about it. A ridiculous way to treat a customer over some strawberries, and no need to be rude. Very unprofessional and in need of training -- even her OWN coworker and I exchanged a look like she couldn't believe her coworker was being so rude and ridiculous and wasn't willing to do a simple exchange. I went to the publix 8 minutes away and exchanged them there no problem, so clearly she was the problem. It's people like that employee that makes everyone's days that more difficult. Life is hard enough without people like that.
Unlike every other store in existence, I guess having your original payment method isn't good enough to exchange items here. Don't expect courtesy or accommodation when you come across an issue here, instead go to another publix for better service.
