My doctor called in my prescription for a procedure getting done friday morning. I called that night to ask if it was called in and they said no that medication was never called in. I went back to the app after they were closed and it magically appeared in progress. It is now too late to take the medication and i have to reschedule my procedure. I don't recommend them. They don't value customers time and worry and won't take the extra step to ensure your order wasn't in a voicemail or in progress. They are lazy!!!!

three times I've ordered sub sandwiches from the deli and ALL three times they've screwed it up! aobviously they don't want to pay attention to what the order says. They do ok when ordering inside the store where you can watch them. Don't bother trying to order online!

I have placed online pick up orders at numerous stores and this is the only one that never has orders ready to go. Every time I come here I have to wait in line and re order since they never made it and have it ready by the pick up time. What's the point in ordering online if you can't fulfill the order

Usually customer service is amazing in Publix. This location has some of the worst employees..... Only one other person in line to make a sandwich and it took over 30 minutes... and they had a ton of employees just ignoring customers.... The worst experience I've ever had a Publix

Two weeks in a row now I have bought ground chuck at this store and it turns gray and goes bad the next day but the expiration days is two days from now. They are extending expiration dates to sell meat instead of throwing it out. DON't BUY meat here unless you want to get sick!

Went to get lunch meat and all 3 deli workers were busy making sandwiches. After 10 minutes of no help, I gave up and went to Kroger. I told the front desk and the clerk offered to help. The manager standing there said nothing. On a positive note, the store is very clean and well stocked.

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT ago here for a cake I ordered one for my daughter's graduation two days in advance the day I was set to pickup they didn't have the flavor I wanted so I had no choice then when I picked the cake up they didn't write congratulations on the cake nor my daughter's name they suck and so does the manager just poor service

What kind of illiterate dumbf*cks do they hire here? Tried to get a steak that's clearly on sale on the shelf. It rang up full price. I tell them, cashier sends some Hispanic moron, he comes back and says there's no sign. I show him myself and he's like uhhh it's still full price. LOL. I showed a more competent person at customer service and he's like yeah that's pretty clear sorry about that. Like why do I have to get ticked off just trying to get my things and leave? Hire ppl who can read, how about that. Attached picture of the sale sign to this review. Clearly states 10.59 but rang up 11.59. That's still a sale, you morons. Oh and the r*tard put it back on the shelf instead of following me back with the item so I can buy it lol. Didn't end up getting it period due to their incompetence.

I love this Publix! Maybe because it's the closest one to my house, but it is always clean and organized. I'm a big fan of their bakery and deli. I'm always a s***** and get a sweet treat most times I'm in. Their deli has a wide selection of cold cuts and hot & ready foods. Their subs are better than any grocery store or sandwich shop around. I always stop in for one before a long road trips. Personally, I'm not a fan of their produce section as I find it more expensive than say Kroger or Aldi. Publix always has great bogo promotions going on to stock up on. At this location the staff is always friendly and polite.
