They are rude and unprofessional, they treat you like a dog when you’re sick and don’t seem to care. Transferred my meds out of here so damn fast, they don’t even keep in stock it’s always an issue

I transferred from CVS to here and the staff is always so friendly, they always answer their phones ms I get my prescription in a timely manner

The registered pharmacist technician named Daniela was extremely rude to us. I came to pick up my medicine and she gave me an attitude whenever I ask her to repeat something. She even yelled at my mom saying “address” when she asked her to repeat herself. I called them prior to coming there because they were closing at 9pm. I told her I’m on the way please wait for me. She repeated twice that their pharmacy closes at 9 and ended the call on me. I don’t usually write reviews, but her service was extremely poor.

We ordered sandwiches for pickup and the guy made us a custom sandwich and placed it in the hot oven. We didn’t order bell peppers or pickles and the sandwich was hot. They were about to close and he didn’t give a care apparently lol people have allergies why would you add ingredients of your choice. Find another job if you can’t handle your responsibilities.

Very helpful staff. The pharmacist Andy always goes out of his way to take care of my father's prescription needs and walks us through our questions. Hard to find that kind of compassion and support in other pharmacies who rush you in and out.

There is a young lady there, petite dark hair who completely ignores you whether they are busy or not. She looks at you and looks away. This has happened on more than one occasion. Why is he there if she does not want to assist customers? I stood there and stood there until one of the men noticed me. Absolutely ridiculous. Moving my business elsewhere because apparently Publix Pharmacy does not need it.

The manager, Andy was super helpful when I had some issues with my health insurance. He contacted my company and got everything taken care of. He also notified me of the vaccines that I was overdue for, so I was able to get those taken care of quickly. I've been going to this Publix pharmacy for years and I'm still pleased with their service.

Mediocre service. 4 people working during my visit, stood for about 5 minutes and was ignored. Had to call out to the workers to help me. This is a common occurrence every time I've visited. When Publix deli has better service than the pharmacy .... that should tell you enough.

So I called this Publix of off sugarloaf and Pharmacist Andy Picked up the phone. I told him that I sent my prescription to CVS and they told me they didn’t accept my insurance. Paying out of pocket there would be 70+ or something. So Mr Andy did his magic talking to them folks at CVS and he was able to give me a discount through Publix without me asking him too.Which is AWESOME. On top of that I just got this prescription same day from the doc and I was able to get it same day with Mr Andy and Ms Susan’s help. I didn’t have to wait days. I really appreciate what MR ANDY and MS SUSAN did for me today and I am a very happy camper. I will be back here from now on. !!

I will never shop at this Publix again. customer service is rude and I was in there doing instacart couldn't find nobody to help find products. it's so disappointing because I love Publix never ran into a rude employee at Publix until today
