Gloria the deli manager rolled her eyes after I got angry waiting in line for epa sub over 30min as they ignored us all in line to make online orders decor people not there. Ron was just as useless as Gloria. Both would be jobless if this was my store.

The staff in the deli ( Publix at the intersection of Sugarloaf and Five Forks in Lawrenceville) were not as attentive as they should have been. There was an incident in one of your stores today where this lady said that she was not acknowledged in the deli department, that she was there before some people who was taken care of and acknowledged and she was completely ignored. She asked for the manager of whom was working in the deli as well. I thought the manager could've done more to satisfy the customer. To make a long story short... the matter was not addressed in an appropriate manner and the lady left upset, she said that she did not want to shop at all in store because she was so disappointed in regards to the lack of service she received. I've been addressed in the same manner in the same store before so I know how the lady felt. Publix most definitely is not the same as it use to be. I will shop there less often now because of the way the staff treat their customers.

We ordered food from both the bakery and deli for our baby shower this last Saturday. When I got to the deli we picked up the 2 wing platters 2 veggie plates, 1 fruit platter and large chicken tender box. The instructions were to have sauce on the side, my fault for not checking immediately but went to the bakery only to find out our cupcakes were given to another patron before my arrival and management came over to assist me. Although he was helpful and gave me a discount on the replacement cupcakes I was still 20 minutes behind schedule due to there incompetence. Once I arrived at the shower and started bringing everything out is when I realized the chicken had sauces on them and weren't as big of a hit and ended up throwing a lot of it away. In the end I'll be going to Krover next time.

I was in between insurance and the pharmacist was able to help me out with the cost of my son’s medication. I am grateful for the kind service and will be switching all my prescriptions from Walmart to Publix now. Thanks again to Chris for helping me out.

I downloaded this app in the parking lot so I could post about this right away, your employee, khale?(I could be messing that name up, Gentleman with long curly hair was AMAZING. He showed customer service that I thought no longer existed. He passed by me and noticed I was struggling holding all the product haha (I originally came in for one item) and he went all the way across the store to get me a buggy. I tried to find management so they could know how great of customer service that was but I couldn't find anyone so I figured a yelp review would work! Please take care of him Publix!

This is for the pharmacy. I registered on line for my flu shot. I inputed my current data & the info on my received papers did not reflect the info that I inputed. It showed my old address of four years ago. There was no reference to my primary care physician. Also, there is reference that my vaccine was for older aged people. When asked I was told that it is automatic based on the age of the person but no records reflect such. Just appears to be poor medical administration. Finally, when I registered on line for the appointment, I was told that I would receive a $5 gift card. There was never no mention of it. I am a disappointed customer. The pharmacy is not the quality of the rest of the grocery store. I otherwise love to shop at this store.

Great deli and everything but I honestly think if you get a cake you should probably go to another Publix I ordered a cake and the happy birthday wasn't centered it didn't even seem like they tried to center it. Kinda disappointed when buy a $60 cake and it's not what you expected it to be.

This Publix Pharmacy at Village,Do not go to this Pharmacy!The male pharmacist charged me for myA lot for my medicine. I asked him go an relook at my Insurance plan an he said he did,(I repeat!), I knew he didn't look at my InsurancePlan . The male pharmacist is to lazy to go the Distance to look up your plan an readjust it ..(I repeat again!)Do not use this pharmacy!I went to another pharmacy,Much better they readjust my Insurance.(The male pharmacist is to lazy to lookAt your Insurance plan in the system!)Do not go there...

Never would I thought that I would ever see that day that I would be waiting in Publix line on a random weekday, after lunch with employees walking around me..... But there I was, in line with $70 worth of grocery and about 6 employees walking around as if we did not have anywhere to be and this was not the first time, every since they installed the self check-outs we are expected to use them even with a buggy full of food. I dont feel comfortable using them. Publix has fallen victim to the hype and I hate it. I avoid going to Walmart for this exact reason (a million employees walking around and not checking out). Publix prices are higher also.... I might as well go to Wally world.

Who doesn't love Publix? It's bright clean and the employees (the majority) that I've had interactions with have been top tier. The Publix app is quite helpful. After using it you start seeing items you buy frequently in the weekly ad. Sometimes you will even get a coupon for a free item on a item that is frequently purchased. No matter what store you visit once you open the app it recognizes the store location and allows you to shop from that store. The few times I have needed help the employees were more than helpful. I really like Icelandic Provisions and once I came to this location and asked if they carried it. Though they didn't the manager offered to order it for me. Customer service at this store good. If you are in the area I would say drop in.

Worked at this pharmacy for 18+ years. When I left almost 4 years ago due to cancer I moved my prescriptions to the Loganville Hwy Loganville store where I was treated like some kind of addict by the Male pharmacist Trey (or whatever his name is) After writing a letter to a company I was loyal to as a customer and employee for almost 2 decades, I never received a response. Anyway, fast forward a couple years and I now do business at my old store because of Chris the pharmacist. He is polite and calm. He is also a veteran. I just want to say, Chris thank you for your understanding and compassion. However, John the District Manager, I'm still waiting on your call. Not cool.

PHARMACY- I worked here for 18+ years. I left in late 2017 because of cancer. I moved my prescriptions to the Loganville Hwy Loganville store because it was closer to my home. The Male pharmacist as well as a couple of his technicians treated me like an addict and embarrassed me and shamed me on several occasions so I wrote a letter to the company I had been loyal to as a customer and an employee for nearly 2 decades. After receiving no response i took my business elsewhere. Fast forward to now, i am back to getting my presentations at Publix 0859, my old store. The ONLY reason is the pharmacist Chris. He is polite and calm. I just want to thank Chris for taking great care of me and being so compassionate and kind. Because of you and your staff, I am happy to make the drive. To Distract Manager John, still waiting on your call. (Glad I wasn't holding my breath)
