This dry cleaner will not clean your clothes and even damage your clothes. I received clothes back that had been worn, unclean and damaged. Extremely unprofessional and have little knowledge of dry cleaning. Do not take your valuables there.

Although they are a little pricey in my opinion, they provide good customer service. The older gentleman doesn't speak much English, but he's so nice.

I took a King plain bedspread, (no special instructions, no stains) in 3 times over 3 months and they charged me $20 each time. Then the next time they charged $50.Service: General bedding cleaning

Do not use this cleaners unprofessional, very rude customer care. The young man who said he was in charge did not listen to me and was extremely unprofessional. Go some where else for your clothes

I am trying still to get the cleaners to return my sweater to me or pay for it. I have visited them three times, ample time for them to correct their mistake in not properly cleaning the sweater, but no luck as of today. They can't find the sweater snd said that the system (tagging clothes, etc) is messed up. It is sad that I, the customer, have been greatly inconvenienced and expected to keep returning to the cleaners, hoping they will find the sweater. No accountability taken this far! zThis is No way to run a business and next time, I will go elsewhere. Beware!!! This issue should have been resolved by now!

I took 10 pieces to this dry cleaner. One of the pieces was an teal blue A.L.C silk gown. They could not find the dress when I came to pick it up. He kept showing me other dresses that were not my dress.After about a 30 min search the person at the front bought the dress out but it was wet and rolled up. Apparently he or someone in the back started to WASH my dress. (My honest thought was that someone had worn the dress and did not return it) He told me to come back the next day to pick up the dress. I returned a couple of days later and took the dress home.A couple of weeks passed before I was ready to wear the dress and was shocked when I inspected the dress. IT HAD BEEN WASHED RATHER DRY CLEANED AS THE LABEL INDICATES.ALSO BLACK SPOTS WERE ALL OVER THE DRESS. THE WRINKLES, FADING AND DISCOLORATION FROM WASHING WERE PERMANENTLY EMBEDDED IN THE DRESS.I returned to the cleaner, with the dress in hand, and asked them about the obvious damages to the dress. The same guy at the front did not want to reach out to the owner and tried to get me to come back later. I insisted that he contact the owner. Well, they spoke privately. He took pics of the damages, but the owner never engaged me. I waited at the store for about an hour and the owner never showed and never contacted me. My next move is small claims court.Please, please, please DO NOT your precious items to this place for cleaning. They will damage your clothes and worst, not acknowledge your complaint. I am giving them zero stars. A dry cleaner should not wear the customers clothes that they have been entrusted to clean.Service: Organic dry cleaning

I’ve been coming here for years and loved dealing with the old owner. This past Tuesday I took about 13 pieces of clothes to be dry cleaned and to my surprise there were new owners. I was definitely taking back and was reluctant to leave my clothes , but hey I gave them a chance. Well the day came for me to pick of my clothes and they were not ready so you can imagine my frustration. Luis was looking up my ticket and I figured something was wrong. As he was helping me another lady pulled up on the drive thru and Luis proceeded to helping her leaving me standing there. I was annoyed because the old owner would have never done that. First come first serve was her motto. Luis did not do that! After he proceeded to look for the ladies clothes he turned to be and said 20 minutes. I’m like huh! You said Friday ? Which means now you’re going to rush my clothes and not properly clean them, And they didn’t! I left and came back 1hour later and my clothes still wasn’t ready.With that being said my white button up tops were clean but not the rest of my clothes. They still had the smell of outside. Most of you know what I mean by that. I would recommend everyone check their clothes immediately after getting them they pulled a fast one over me.I willl not be returning here as of today 09/30/2022Services: Clothes pressing

Just left this place. Walked in to drop off 2 hooded sweatshirts. The lady who waited on us looked at the 2 items and then said I had to pay in advance.i have never paid for dry cleaning in advance. I asked her why, she said sometimes for 2 items you have to pay in advance or for a wedding dress. I looked at her in confusion and said no and left. Extremely unprofessional. Took my business elsewhere.

They closed ahead of time. The hours said 7:00am to 7:00 pm but they closed earlier. I went at 6:39 and their doors where closed and lights off. The first day I went the lady at the front was incredibly rude.

I had some needlepoint pillows that needed cleaning and someone recommended dry cleaning. A small ru whose tag said dry clean only. I greeted the lady behind the counter. She did not speak or smile. I asked is my items could be dry cleaned. No answer . She scooped up my pillows and took them back. Returned a few seconds later, threw them down and said "he say no". She then looked away. I immediately drove away to Flower Cleaners close by, who were kind, courteous and professional. I will never return to Pro Cleaners
