I sent my Flx-10 Controller to them October 2023. Here it is April 2024 and still haven’t gotten my controller back. They always say they are waiting on parts from China! At this point, I’m about to get the Police involved.

If I could give a zero star review I would. I brought in two Bose towers that needed repaired, also a Mackie DL32R that was making a noise while on. They claimed they fixed it but did not. I paid the fee to get it on the table ASAP and it still took 2 months to get my items back…. DO NOT GO HERE

They do an amazing job on repairs and are timely. I’ve had 2 QSC KS112s and a Yamaha MM8 repaired here and they work good as new. I highly recommend this place for your equipment repairs.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR EQUIPMENT THERE!!!! They don't even deserve this one star I gave them but I had to select a star to post a review. I dropped my Artesia digital piano with them because of a keynote issue. I was charged $80 for drop off and to check on the issue. Chris told me he will call me if the issue is just one key note or if he will have to change the whole key bed which will cost an additional $200 and I can decide if I want their service or not. When I emailed them a few days later to get the status of the piano, I was told I had to pay the additional $200 because he changed the whole piano. I didn't get a call to ask if they should go ahead or not but then It wasn't so much of a big deal to me then because I was just happy Chris claimed he fixed the piano issue. We picked up the piano and my daughter played on it the very same day we picked it up and she told me that the piano issue was even worse than the first time we took it in. Instead of one keynote having an issue, it was now multiple keynotes. I called Chris and told him I was bringing the piano back and when I did, he plugged it on and played it and said he didn't know what was going on but that he would change the piano bed again. He told me I would have to pay again to which I told him a big no because of obvious reason. A few weeks later, Chris called me and asked me to come pick up the piano because he has changed the key bed again and the piano still sound weird. He now claims the issue is the piano power cable. I told him the piano is new so I don't understand why it would be the power cable. Also, why change the whole piano bed, collect $280 and then suddenly the issue with the piano is a new issue? He started yelling at me on the phone for me to come pick up my piano because he doesn't know what to do with anymore, he has a headache and has to move on to the next job. He was really irate and he then hug up the phone on me. Chris is rude, unprofessional, lacks good customer service and in my opinion is not really knowledgeable in regards to repairing pianos. Even if he is an expert on other equipment, I wouldn't give him my 2 cents with his nasty attitude. I have considered this my loss. I wish I had read reviews on him and the repair shop before taking my piano there. Be warned!!!

Brought my 8 track Pioneer recorder in for service and now it works great! It was actually eating my tapes and not recording and tape counter not working as well . Here’s to another 40 years! Thank you Christoper!

I took my smoke machine to get it fix!! I pay him $70 for deposit and it been a whole year and still waiting , so I decided to go and pickup my machine and he didn’t want to give back ! So I please recommend for people not to go to his place, really bad customer service .

Never checked reviews because they were a Mackie authorized dealer. They had our unit for 64 days, and never looked at the unit or tried to fix it. They then charged us $80 to pick it up. Anytime we called to check on the unit, we were told absolutely no calls, had to use email. After six plus emails, and no response, we called Mackie. They tried to tell Mackie our voice mail was full, which it isn't, besides the fact that they said they never call anyone, and that very day we received an email saying to pickup the sound board, they could not duplicate the error. Well the error is still an issue when we got home. Do not trust them, do not take anything to them. They don't deserve one star. All other customer's complaints are the same as ours.

10/10 service, they’re a busy company operating in a space that relies on other companies parts, be patient and your repairs will be flawless. I will be coming back for future repairs indefinitely.

Do NOT shop here!! The owner and his wife are extremely rude and unprofessional! I dropped off a speaker for repair and was charged $80 deposit. No one bothered to call me and tell me it was ready. Picked it up and was charged another $140 used it twice and it died again. I brought it back and the guy wanted to charge me More money! His customer service skills are poor. He kept cutting me off, then began shouting at me! You're better off taking your stuff to Guitar Center across the street.

Don’t recommend getting Equipment repaired here. Sit on your equipment for months and they don’t give you updates. Scam repairs should be there new name.

Well after further review this business need to be closed or shut down. Just terrible service across the board and the so called front desk help female has a serious attitude problem. Don't expect good customer service because the so called owner acts as if he knows what he is doing. If you have any pro audio equipment repair needs please don't come to this address because you won't get it for at least 5 months.
