Pnc is one of the worst banks I have ever had business with, these morons close my account without warning and won't even let me access my funds to pay my bills. Nobody knows how anything works at this spot and the employees are super rude. There are better banks to go to like bank of america or chase.

What bad service, we arrived at this PNC 20 minutes before closing time and they wouldn't attend us because they were "about" to close.

would consider banking with Chase. Account closure after years of being dedicated client and no reason or even a prior notice. Absolutely a declining customer service track. Definitely closing my business account with them.
