A Planet Fitness above the rest. I label this PF as such because I have been lucky enough to travel through the lot of them. Or, at least a great deal.Numero Uno...Edit:The reason why this PF stands above the rest are, I believe, directly related to Andre, the middle of the night employee. He keeps the entire place spotless, organized, he's readily available andMy favorite part, he keeps the homeless out. Sorry, not sorry. It's a very determining factor on the comfortability of the experience.

The staff members are rude, the gym stinks, and the locker room is nasty.

Great experience very helpful greeted me as I walked in the door also I noticed cleanliness at the gym Andre seem to always been busy kept himself working I also seen him cleaning the restroom area very thoroughly that was most impressive and made me feel comfortable knowing that it's being cleaned properly he is doing such a great job he deserves a promotion and recognition for his hard work just saying you don't see that these days he really cares about his job keep up the good work

It is currently 4am and I’ve just completed a 35 min drive to the PF near my home because the store associate at this location made me feel so uncomfortable that I couldn’t finish my workout there. This man came at me aggressively, seemingly trying to pick a fight with me on whether or not I checked-in, even though he was sitting right there at the front desk when I came in. We literally made eye contact when I entered the building! Then he tries to go back and forth with me about this as If he didn’t believe me, he could’ve just checked the cameras. He didn’t even start the conversation with a hi, hello, nothing! Just straight unnecessary aggression. I felt so unwelcomed. I’ve never experienced anything like this at any other location. Yes, I am a black card member. Needless to say, I will never return to this location.

After joining Planet Fitness and I checking at the front by using my face recognition to unlock my IPhone to scan my Planet Fitness barcode. The scanner successfully scanned me through but right then Jacky one the worker told me that it’s their policy to ID you also including scanning your barcode. So immediately told her to cancel my membership. Everyone stares at you awkwardly, judgment free zone is definitely a LIE. LA fitness is a much better join . In life you pay for what you get!

Showers were hot but no water pressure the workout equipment I used was fine. This place has the hydro beds that are all the way flat and also sit up ,but the older massage chairs. The place was clean. Two separate relaxed areas with couches that was different but only one of the TV's was working . The place was clean

Overcroweded with people on their phones holding up equipment, too many treadmills and ellipticals, not enough Smith machines and when you find one available there are benches in from of it blocking the mirror, you can’t verify your positioning and simetry. Clearly, whoever rearrages it does not use the equipment.

Half the machines are rusty, assisted pull up bar needs to be replaced. Toilet paper holder in bathroom fell apart and hit my arm in stall. I'll give them an extra point for being nice. Black card spa definitely a cozy little place to relax after a workout. Definitely needs more maintenance, I agree, do it on another day! It's annoying that there is always someone vacuuming when I'm trying to workout.

My home gym was closed due to renovations so I went to visit this location. Krystyne and Livia who were on shift around 9:30pm from Planet Fitness gave me attitude and sass because they accused me of breaking Planet Fitness rules within 2 minutes of being in this location. They accused me of bringing 2 guests when I had brought no guest and they stated that I had broken a rule. The first thing Livia said to me, without even explaining why I was pulled to the front desk, was that I “could give a referral to the other guests, and they can get a membership for cheap” in a judgmental tone. I was confused as to why she was telling me this. After they got clarification that I had no guests, I asked for an apology because they were being rude to me, who was a Black Card Member and have not broken any rules and Krystyne rudely said “No”. I did nothing wrong and was wrongly accused and was given attitude and sass. And I just simply wanted an apology for their wrongful accusation and rudeness. However, Krystyne refused to give me an apology for their mistake and rudeness and started talking back to me after I asked for an apology three times. Therefore, I asked for a manager and was told there was no manager available. So, I then asked if I can get their manager’s phone number and Krystyne replied, “the cards over there” while pointing to some cards on the other side of the front desk. I went over and grabbed the business cards myself because I will make sure my complaint reaches management. I did not deserve any attitude from these two employees. There was no manager on duty, which was probably why their employees treated a client however they liked. I left in distress after their accusations and refusal to apologize for their actions. I am not responsible for their assumptions but was mistreated for their mistake and misunderstanding.I am DEEPLY impressed with how difficult it is to receive an apology from the staff. Even after speaking with the assistant manager, it did not validate any effort of trying to correct the mistakes made. The assistant manager have replied "to rest assure" they have spoken to these employees, yet he is affirming their employees of their behavior that was it was indeed appropriate. If this is how PF provides a "welcoming and comfortable environment", they might as well also add to their location that this is only applicable to certain favorable people.

My siblings and I decided to come to this PF location last night due to our home gym being closed for renovations. After about 3 mins of being inside, the employees told us we had to go to the front desk. Not knowing what we did wrong, Krystene the employee stated that my sister broke the rules by bringing in 2 guests. We were confused because each of us had our own passes from different memberships? My brother and I had guest passes of our significant others who were not present at the time, which we did not know was not allowed. That we understood and owned up to being in the wrong; however my sister, who was a member did not bring us as her guests nor was she responsible for us 2 for being there, asked for an apology for them accusing her of breaking PF policy. Krystene rudely said "No" and continued to ask for our IDs. This situation could've easily been handled by communicating and acknowledging one's mistake. However, the employees saw no wrong in how they treated us last night and gave us attitude for pointing out how rude they were. If we knew this location allowed this type of behavior, we wouldn't have bothered driving 30 mins there.
