If no stars were applicable....this Pizza Hut would take the lead. I Will never be purchasing food from this establishment ever again. I ordered my meal through the app...to only wait an additional 20-30mins before it was completed. No problem, I'm a patient person. However, my order was incorrect, and when I inquired about the time to remake the missing items... I was informed another 10mins...(which really means 30). Thus,I declined the wait and requested to have my funds returned. I purchased with cash...and they offered to refund me by card, which I also declined. Hence, I had to wait for the manager to arrive 15mins later to provide my refund.Apart from the wait, the customer service is atrocious. You will be ignored while workers hide in the back. Food will be prepped without gloves. So beware of coming down with a bad case of diarrhea and cross contamination.

delivery was terrible I had to order 2 times Door dash never delivered the first order. But the store manager was very policy sincerely his personality made all the difference. my second pizza was hot and delicious.

I had a simple online order of two pizzas and some cinnamon rolls done through the Pizza Hut app. I get notifications that it is being made, followed by notifications that it is being picked up, and finally a notification that it is delayed. After the new delivery time passes, I go back to check the app, it says the order was cancelled and said to call the store. When I call the store to ask why, I get bounced around for 5 minutes. Finally I get someone competent and they found the order but say they misplaced the ticket and it hasn't even been made. I ask them to just cancel the entire order and refund me, then I see today that the transaction went through.

I try to be careful in reviews to not mix my feelings about corporate management with my experience at an individual franchise. However, corporate has made some decisions lately that are making it impossible to deal with franchises.First point - a couple of months ago, I selected "curbside pickup" when placing my order on the app. Got to the store and realized there are no spots for curbside pickup. I asked about it inside, and the employees shrugged and said "yeah we don't have that here." A minor inconvenience, nothing compared to today.Today I made an order on the app, and selected a future time for pickup (I want pizza for the Braves game tonight, a few hours from when I placed the order.) After confirming the date and time I'd entered, I hit "submit." Immediately got a message that my pizza would be ready in 13 minutes.Called the local store's number - or so I thought. The local area code on the website is deceptive - you're actually calling a call center. Person who answered the phone was friendly and asked if she could put me on hold. Sixteen minutes later, she hadn't returned to the call. I hung up and tried the number again. Immediately put on hold again and waited three minutes, hung up when I got a text confirming my pizza is ready for pickup, a couple of hours before I asked for it.I've been to this location before and can say with confidence it will not be easy to get any sort of discount or coupon for future visit because my pizza will be a few hours old by the time I get to it tonight. Overall, these decisions are being made on a national level but they're absolutely ruining the experience with local stores.Cousin picked up the order and they informed her that I'd ordered a "Hawaiian pizza, no pineapple?""You mean a *ham pizza?*" Not feeling good about any of this.

Best pizzas from this store in a while. Was out of large thin crust but made us two mediums instead and they were loaded and tasted great.

Ordered some mini cinnabons and it came like they dropped a glob towards the middle and called it a day. Asked for ranch or blue cheese for the wings we ordered and was told wings do not come with dipping sauces at all, unless you pay for them per cup. Always thought wings came with at least 1 sauce per order. Won’t be back

Ordered carry out…of course when I got there they didn’t open the box in front of me and I’m assuming because they were a little busy but no it’s because they knew they messed up. Got home and my pizza looked like this. This is not okay!

Ordered 2 pizza's and cinnamon rolls on 7/9/23, had lots of issues this time. They sent them Uber......the driver cancelled our order by mistake....had two Uber drivers and there was a mixup. We called, Pizza Hut told us ours was on the way. we waited 20 more minutes and it never arrived. We called back, they made our order over...but the pizzas were not right. Cinnamon rolls were still good.

I had a great experience at the Publix next door a couple nights ago. Why am I talking about Publix here? Well...It wasnt my intention. But when I entered Pizza Hut, I found a bare-walled space with two, maybe 3 people in the back and nobody up front. As a line formed behind me, I watched as a staff member made eye contact once, twice, 4 times but didn't speak or even alert whoever might have been on cashier duty that they had a customer. After being ignored for 10 minutes, I went to the Publix next door and got a Digiorno. It was delicious and easy to make at home.Thanks, Publix, for yet another reliable shopping experience.Pizza Hut, do better or close the doors.
