We are very happy with Georgia Pet Watchers. We moved to Georgia about a year ago. Heather has been our cat sitter since then. Honestly she's the best sitter we've ever had.She does more than the basics. She plays with the cats and texts us a status message every day with pictures.

Horrible customer service responses. Never answer the phone or reply to voice mails. Texts are ignored. Almost always will facilitate with an excuse for not showing up for service.

I have been using their services for a few years now. I regret that I am moving to a city that falls outside the service range. Cathy is the best pet sitter I have ever had. I get text pictures while I am on vacation and always come home with no worries.

We used Ga Pet Watchers for the first time last month and we were absolutely pleased! We got great care with multiple updates and pics of our sweet kittens during our time away. The staff are prompt, professional and honest. I appreciate the wonderful website and portal as well as the multiple choices with the frequency of visits. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

We used GPW for the first time when we went out of town for our wedding. Robin was very quick to set everything up and assign us our pet sitter, Taylor. Taylor went above and beyond in caring for our 4 reptiles and 4 cats for 4 days. She is very energetic and enthusiastic, and you can tell she really enjoys what she does. Although we paid for 30-minute visits, she stayed longer than this to give our babies extra love and attention. Not once did we worry about our babies because we knew they were in good hands with Taylor. We will certainly use GPW again and request Taylor in the future!

Read the great review, contacted them but didn't hear back. Not sure if that's any indication of how they run their business but not great practice. Too bad. Update: weeks after my initial message I finally got a defensive and presumptuous voicemail. Again, poor communication is a huge red flag.

We couldn't be happier with Gwinnett Pet Watchers. We left our 2 dogs and 2 cats at home in their 24/7 care for 2 days, and one of the cats required daily medicine. We got daily updates, with pictures, and we had a lot of rules for them to follow. It all went off without a hitch and was a great relief for us while we were away. Thank you to GPW!

I called and spoke to Robin, the owner, when I first moved to GA. I have a small senior dog and I work from home. So the care for my dog I was seeking would not be a routine schedule like customers who need dog walking M-F while they are at work. I just needed coverage for him on a call for service basis. Initially she told me they would require a 2 hour eta window for a scheduled walk. Ridiculous. That doesn't work at all for me. My dog can't potentially wait 2 hours to be let out. She ended up saying maybe they could give give him "special treatment" because he was a senior and tighten the window. She said she would call me back but never did. I think this dog walking service just wants routinely scheduled clients. Don't bother to call them unless that's what you need.

We have 2 elderly dogs that we knew wouldn't do well being boarded while we were out of town, so I looked up home visits for pets and Gwinnett Pet Watchers had really great reviews. I called them, they came here to meet the dogs, learn their routine, their likes/dislikes, etc. They were very thorough and covered ALL bases. We were so glad we went with them. Ann was our doggie sitter and there's no way we could've been happier. She sent us an update text every day and even a couple of photos of our dogs. We will use them forever!

These folks are really great. Rachel has been walking our dog while we're out of town, and she's been wonderful. Each day we get an update about how the walk went, how the the pets are doing, and a photo of the pets. My wife and Iare are beyond happy, and we'll be using GPW from now on. They've really taken the stress out of leaving our pets at home.

We have used the service twice and had a great experience both times. They show up when they say they will, they send text messages with updates and photos, and their entire process is easy. We have our own cameras so we can verify what they're doing and they do what they say. It's great to have a service like this that you can trust to take care of your pet. We have tried other services in the past and they have not been as consistently good as this one.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My pet sitter is Lisa, and Robin (the owner) is always on top of everything. Their system is extremely friendly, you can request your visits online and even within a couple of hours, they can respond and visit/walk your pets. I found them on Yelp about 2 years ago. We travel a lot for work, and at the time we had an elderly Great Dane, who needed special attention and being a deaf and partially blind dog, it just added up to how careful you need to be with him. I was impressed how Lisa was able to connect with him. I could tell that he loved her, because even towards his last days, where he could barely walk he would get really excited to see her. Something that gives me extreme confidence in them, is they send a text message after every visit with pictures of your pets. Some of my best pictures of my dog came from Lisa. But going back to the text, she never waited for a situation to escalate to let me know about it, she preferred to get ahead of the curve and let me guide her on how to proceed. Remember my dog was old and due to age had a lot of health issues at that point. Now we have two Great Danes one is10 months old and a recently rescued one of 7 months old, that she will be taking care for, even when the youngest one is very scarish, as he's a rescue, I know she will do a magnificent job taking care of my babies. Thank you Robin and Lisa!!!!!
