Second visit to the Lawrenceville location, and this is the second time the customer service was very minimal. We simply needed a part for our kitchen sink, but the attitude was if we weren't buying, or scheduling one of their plumbers, they could not help us at all. Not even an attempt to look at what we needed and make a simple helpful suggestion! There definitely will not be a third visit for us to this business, and I would not recommend them unless you are walking in wanting to dish out thousands of dollars! When we begin the renovations to our master and 3 additional bathrooms, we will purchase all products from Lowes, Home Depot, Amazon, anywhere other than PDI in Lawrenceville.

When you come here to deliver, the docks are set up for blind side backing. You will have to be proficient in backing up. It’s tight and there’s stuff everywhere.

Following a Home Depot employee's recommendation, I visited PDI after being unable to find a replacement bathtub stopper. The wholesale warehouse features an impressive kitchen, bath, and lighting showroom with various brands on display. While the merchandise leans towards professional use and comes with a price, the extensive range is noteworthy.Fortunately, I found the stopper I needed in a different section. I made a purchase but had to return the next day due to a mismatch with the base; it was slightly thicker than required. The return process was efficient, and despite this hiccup, I'm inclined to consider PDI for future visits.

We have used the PDI Lawrenceville showroom for kitchen, bath, and lighting products for our extensive home renovation. They are head and shoulders above their competitors in the Atlanta area in terms of customer service, professional advice, and discussing design, installation and use of the products they carry. Over 6 months of visits to select faucets, sinks, shower fixtures and other kitchen and bath hardware, drains, fans, and lights, we worked with 3 different salespersons. Every one of them was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They went out of their way to answer every question we had and anticipated some we needed to ask but didn’t know that.After we ordered a number of items, one shipment was damaged in transit to their store. Despite it not being their fault, recognizing the inconvenience to us, they compensated us for the delay. Truly extraordinary customer service. We especially want to recognize Tawney Patterson for being so helpful and professional.Two thumbs up, and all 5 stars!

horrible to the truck drivers that deliver them their products... not very friendly or accommodating the spots are blind sided with not much room to maneuverer

I SOOOO want this place to do better. We’ve ordered multiple things from them over the years. They have a great showroom and I love looking and seeing items in person…BUT!!!! If the salesperson doesn’t know their products and doesn’t return calls… it’s a big problem for me. I live an hour away. I ordered a faucet in brushed nickel. I asked multiple times about brushed nickel. When it arrived in the mail… it was stainless and doesn’t even come in brushed nickel. I called Adrianna and never received a return call after days.I had to drive an hour BACK over here that I didn’t have. The first guy that I tried to return with couldn’t have been more unfriendly and didn’t know how to handle my return. He got help and it was returned but I don’t think I’ll ever be back. What a good thing to handle so poorly.And!!! Whoa! I didn’t realize their prices were SOOO much more. I don’t even mind paying more if service is good but this was a total flop and failure.
