I love this place . They have great customer service! Every time I’m ready to buy jewelry they do not hesitate to show me every piece that I choose to see . I’ve bought all my gold here and I will continue to buy all my gold here . Great family owned business!

I recently purchased an iPad from Pawn Smart, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The trouble began when I bought the iPad, and it was dead in the store. I waited patiently for it to power on, assuring the employee that I would inspect it further at home.Upon discovering that the iPad's battery only lasts an hour to an hour and a half with no app use, I promptly returned to the store within the 24-hour timeframe, well within the promised 48-hour inspection period. However, my attempt to address the issue was met with extreme rudeness from the owner, Ashley.Not only did Ashley dismiss my concerns, but she also implied dishonesty on my part. This was not only disheartening but completely unprofessional. The inadequate customer service and refusal to acknowledge a genuine problem have left me deeply dissatisfied.I advise potential customers to reconsider spending their hard-earned money at Pawn Smart, given my regrettable encounter and the evident lack of commitment to customer satisfaction.

Poor customer service. They keep the closed sign up to deter people from coming in. I informed the woman at the counter and she said she saw it and preferred not to turn it around. She actually said “I prefer it that way”?? Crazy! Lol

Saw us pulling up at 5:25 and RAN to the front to go turn off the sign and lock up early. Brought a quarter oz gold bar to see what they’d offer but I guess I’ll never find out here. Such a hurry to close and avoid work, real shame.

Worst customer service ever I went to sell my sons old stuff because he has all ps5 stuff now and I wanted to buy something for myself for my birthday and the girl told me she was too busy to help me but she was on her personal phone and when someone else walked in she went to help them instead

Worst customer service ever,spent 3 400 dollars black Friday son open gift Christmas his joystick doesn't work never used never played it so I took it back this morning first words it's nothing we can do first she says I don't know you just rude this people are I don't wanna be nasty but there not right my watch blinging I like that but they have no sympathy so this place is trash worst pawnshop ever and just racist
