Went in to send some paperwork to my attorney and the lady who is working today didn't want to give me time to look up the email to send it. But when I went in the store she stayed in the back for a while before she came up front.

I don't know who adjusted the rates here. I wanted to go regular ground on a UPS package to MI. I got quoted $75. I currently do logistics for a living & I have worked a lot days of receiving small and large packages and have access to my jobs shipping account. It cost 40.00 and because of our volume I save $8.00. Because I didn't ship here I saved $35.00 more. Even dropping off here they didn't scan it & I wasn't given any drop off slip. At least my package did ship.

Pak Mail in Lawrenceville is amazing! After a trusted friend highly recommended them, I had them pack and ship my late parent's Chinese porcelain dishes. It was a huge set of 80+ pieces, priceless and irreplaceable. Ashley and the other employee there packed it with extreme care, and not a single item got broken. I also got a very fair price for shipping overseas. AMAZING! I can't thank you enough, Ashley at Pak Mail. I would trust you again in a heartbeat.

This is the first Package drop off store I have ever encountered where they do not offer a drop off receipt for packages. I have been to UPS stores, Fedex office stores and EVEN other Pakmail branches and they have never once had an issue with drop off receipts. I have time sensitive items to ship sometimes and to cover myself I always grab a drop off receipt to show when I dropped off customer boxes and such. This store seriously can't spend $0.01 of receipt paper to give me a copy of what I dropped off. In case anyone doesn't know Pakmail does make money from the shipping companies to accept drop off, not a lot but they are paid for drop offs. Just seems not very customer friendly

Pak Mail is the only place that I go for my mail services. I have gone there for years. The staff is always nice and pleasant. I have never had a problem with my mail or shipping out my packages. They help me (and others) with anything I need. They are amazing to watch because they can multi-task like nothing I have ever seen. These guys are truly genuine and are great to do business with!

I have used this store before and always been happy with the service. Today I needed to sign several legal papers as part of a probate and needed a notary public. Closest place to my home and such a kind, helpful person. And the price was lower than I had expected. Thanks!
