Bought a washer and dryer in December, immediately had issues with overfilling, or cycle running, powering off, then starting to fill and overfill again. Showed in person to the store and over the phone to complain as it was well within the warranty. Came out to my house twice to repair with no resolution of issues, both times did not arrive on time or within window and had to call same day to remind and wait additional time for same day or another day. They confirm appointments but arrive and answer on their convenience. Currently awaiting a replacement (not of my choosing) but of similar brand/model and hopefully price and size. I was told last week Thursday that the washer would be arriving but it was a no call no show. I was contacted the following day saying that they would be coming Monday (today) to drop off, but again, they no call no showed. Tomorrow I will contact again, In the meantime reporting to BBB. Overall poor management, scheduling, and customer service. Untimely, inconvenient, and the headache is not worth the price. Would not recommend.

Please don't waste your time or money on buying any appliances from this place! They claim the refrigerators are "brand new" just have dents/ scratches on them but they clearly aren't. They work on the compressors and they go out and do not cool. My first fridge I bought they came out 3 times then had to bring me a new one. Told me this was brand new & would be fine. A few months later the it was doing the same thing. Not cooling. Each time I lost all of my groceries in the fridge/ freezer due to them not coming in time to fix the fridge. As a single mom it is very expensive for me to replace a refrigerator full of food. They have had to take my 2nd fridge in to work on it and try to fix it. It has been year of nightmares dealing with this.

TRASH! I told my bf not to buy from here. Washer was damaged upon delivery. Front end washer & dryer both started malfunctioning within the 30 days. Sent us another washer that was WORSE than the first one. Makes awful knocking noise. Can only put dryer on 2 settings. Now we have to spend hundreds to get washer fixed due to shocks are bad. Only had it for less than 60 days. If you are thinking of buying from here MIGHT AS WELL GO TO LETGO!

My husband bought me a Samsung washer and dryer from here. When they delivered the washing machine it wasn’t washing correctly and it gave an error message. We contacted the store and they had it picked up and fixed. It took about a week or two for repairs, but they gave us a great loaner (the same day they picked up my machine) until it was repaired. Since they’ve repaired it and brought it back to us, it has been working great ever since. I wanted to wait almost a year before I gave a review, to make sure we wouldn’t have anymore problems…and fortunately it has been working properly ever since. I would definitely purchase from this store again as we were able to purchase two very high quality machines for a good price. The staff was friendly, the purchase process was fast and they resolved our machine issues with no hesitation. I would definitely recommend.

This is how the refrigerator was delivered to me AFTER BEING REPAIRED, if this is the same refrigerator I choose in store. I took the storage trays out to clean due to blood in the storage containers. I lost over $200 worth of food with NO reimbursement. I would NOT RECOMMEND anyone to purchase a refrigerator from this company. I purchased one disregarding the reviews thinking I would have a different outcome, not at all. Please take your services some where else. I was desperate to have a refrigerator due to me just purchasing a home and all other company's refrigerators were on back order.The refrigerators looks great and operators well on display. However, I have been dealing with issues since Day 1 Nov.12, 2020 til today Dec.11, 2020.

I found exactly what I was looking for in a new fridge at a fraction of the price here. The staff were friendly and familiar with the appliance features. Oh and delivery is fast. I purchased on Saturday and will have my new fridge on Monday. Great experience…Awesome bargain!

When my friends or family are looking for appliances, I always recommend them to come here. The staff is very helpful and my refrigerator has been running well for over 2 years. I will definitely be coming back in the future.
