Dropped into O'Reilly's for a battery for an ATV. Wasn't exactly sure what the model number of the battery was. So the gentleman behind the counter was helpful with looking up the year and model of the ATV was able to find the battery in store purchase it and installed in the four wheeler same afternoon. So if it didn't work bring it back and they would replace it. Decent price great service we will see you again O'Reilly's

I was trying to figure out why my vehicle would start fine with a jump start then not start the next time within a few short hours. Everything tested fine (alternator, starter, battery) so I got a jumpstart to get out to O’Reillys to ask them. David at store #1326 on Grayson Hwy found it was the negative cable that was loose and tightened it. I was so grateful as I have to travel at night and didn’t want to break down. He then went back into the store and sprayed something on my headlights that were really dull and I was absolutely amazed that in 3 seconds it looked like I had new headlight covers!!This is why I have always gone to O’Riellys. They literally save u so much money when they can and are so trustworthy. Thank you David for all your help today. So grateful!!
