They sent me someone else’s sign… I have no idea what became of the one they made for me. It ruined A Christmas surprise. I notified them… let’s see if they even respond.. I have no idea who this sign I’m sure whoever ordered the sign I got is just as cheesed off. So FIX IT!!! NOW!!

Excellent communications from the moment I emailed with questions to the follow up after delivery. My sign was made promptly, carefully packaged and shipped via Fed Ex where I could track it to my shop. I recommend NeonChamp to anyone in need of an affordable, high quality sign.

I ordered this sign for my brother for his birthday (his YouTube channel is called Bruner Tuner). I was impressed with the price, the quality, how great it looks, and how quickly it arrived. Neon Champ even sent a video demonstrating that everything worked properly prior to shipping. I would highly recommend ordering from them.

My husband wanted a neon sign for his band practice space. After looking through lots of websites I chose NeonChamp. Their prices were reasonable, they responded to questions very quickly AND the product I received was just as pictured!! My husband loves it♥️.His sign makes his space so much cooler. Neon Champs might just be my all time favorite LED sign makers. Not only does their website allow you to visually get an idea on how your sign will look, but it's incredibly easy to use.I've just received my second sign from NC and I'm stoked to hang it in my office.

The sign was absolutely amazing and as expected. The mounting to a little extra effort as I was wall mounting with a green grass background that made it mount a little further from the wall. The quality and packaging was excellent.
