Nash Chevrolet is hands down the best of the best. My sales person Scot was like no other. I've bought several cars and I dread every single time I have to buy one bc it's such a pain and pushing and literally an all day process! For me due to unfortunate events I had to buy yet another car within 11 months of buying a new car so I was basically over the whole process. Scot was amazing he made this entire process so easy smooth and it was not an all day event. I'm hoping and praying that this will be the last car for a while but I will recommend Scot and the Nash team for any car purchase!

My new 2024 Chevrolet Trax was stalling and having issues , I didn’t want to drive it far because of the issue at take off. I made several attempts to get the recall fixed at Nash because they were closest to where I was at the time and was told they would not fix it. I have never had any issues before and not sure what the issues was , I was never given an explanation. I called another dealership and they offered to tow it for free for my safety.

I just bought my 5th car from Nash Chevy. There aren't many privately owed new car dealers anymore, and it's a real shame. When I bought my car Tommy Nash came out and introduced himself. Kevin was my sales guy, and Devin helped me out with a minor problem in service. Thanks, all!

I purchased a 2024 Tahoe Z71 in early January from Tanesha. The side steps were not in stock at the time, and I was informed I would be notified when they were in stock so they could be installed. After EIGHT MONTHS and innumerable phone calls and messages, I still haven’t heard ANYTHING. I know I’m asking for a lot when I just want what I’ve already paid for… or even a call back!

The service department at Nash Chevrolet in Snellville GA is amazing. Service consultant S. Fashaw and service manager M. Lambert handled my issue. Recently I bought a brand new Chevy Silverado HD 6.6 gasser from a local dealer about 45 minutes from my house. Unfortunately, the truck was leaking transmission fluid. I brought the truck to Nash, which is five minutes from my house, to get looked at. They gave me a loaner and handled a unique issue all the while keeping me in the loop. I would highly recommend this courteous service department for all your vehicle needs.

0 stars. Spoke with a salesman and made an appointment to look at a vehicle. Stated we were traveling 2 hours away and taking time off work. We were told the keys would be held for us. We arrived and another customer was discussing financing options and signing the paperwork. They thought offering us coffee would earn our business. Wouldn’t recommend this dealership!

Janely (sales) and Paul (finance) were amazing to work with! Janely was THE BEST at communicating with me when the new 2025 Equinox was going to come in and as soon as it hit the lot knowing I was looking for a specific one that was in transit. She was even able to help with so much of the process over text as I work in healthcare and it is hard for me to be on phone calls or get off super early to make it to the dealership. I had so much anxiety about the car buying process, but she made it a breeze and I realized there was NOTHING to worry about. I was working with a previous dealer and walked away due to lack of customer service and also a huge amount of hidden add ons that could not be removed. The only add on at Nash was the GPS locater that is not standard for dealers and only $189. During the finance process Paul did not once pressure any additional add ons and only talked to me about the GAP and bumper to bumper I asked for. He also thanked US multiple times for being such nice customers to them and that we were refreshing to work with. Overall, Janely and Paul were able to get me into a 2025 Equinox for only $80 more a month than the 2020 car I was in and I am so happy with this purchase! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GO SEE JANELY FOR YOUR CAR PURCHASE AND TELL HER I SENT YOU! ?

I had a very pleasant experience purchasing my vehicle. The Chevrolet main website is the best in the business in searching and comparing vehicles. The website is very easy to use and allows for a search of the entire nation to find the right vehicle. Once I found a vehicle I was interested in, I went to Nash Chevrolet website, confirmed the vehicle was still in their inventory and made contact with the dealer. The dealer confirmed they still had the vehicle and emailed me some information and asked when I'd be stopping by and I replied first thing the next morning. I arrived at the dealership and the vehicle was out front ready for me to take a look. Mike Rutherford was an awesome salesman, got us all settled for a test drive and took us through the rest of the buying process, which was a breeze! I was also happy that the dealership offers veterans, like myself, a discount on documentation fees. I will be sending all my friends their way the next time they're looking for a new Chevy!!

Talk about the most stress-free and easy car buying experience EVER! I called the dealership and was immediately connected with Johnny Byrd. I told him what I wanted and where I needed to be out the door. A few text messages and a phone call later, we had a deal. No hidden fees. No market adjustments. It was straight to the point. I live 2 hours from the dealership, so they handled as much as they could before I made the drive down. I was in and out of the dealership in an hour (test drive, paperwork, swapping items out of my trade, etc). I cannot brag on Johnny enough for being so kind and laid back. The sales managers and finance managers were great, too! I don’t think I’ll ever buy from another dealership. They are just good people and they want to make car buying easy. I’d give 100 stars if I could!

Pulled up a salesman Pulled up on a cart he got us keys for three trucks black ones one front seat torn next black one had stains on front seat we didn't like the color he kept looking at his watch all the time he got a tocoma out of the shop he said we could buy it today but it might a week before taking it home all the time he was arguing with another salesman he said I had talked with him but I have not we are 70 years old traded many times before but this was the worst we should have left sooner would never go back beware of the dealer add ons when they show you the price
