update: I went back and they wanted to charge me $34 extra to fix their mistakes. And then tell me because I am a hard-working woman that the nails were breaking. They were breaking the day after I had them done. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service and such poor business.I had SNS placed on my nails two days ago. I went this morning back to the nail salon as my thumb was cracked and I had two other fingers that the finished was messed up on. He graciously fixed them. However, it is now three hours later and there is cracking on every one of my nails. Unfortunately, I have to give this one star. I paid way too much money for this to be happening three days after getting SNS nails.

If I could give this business, zero stars I would. Now let me just say it’s not the fact that it’s not shiny and new. I don’t mind that so much. Whoever Tammy is I’m assuming the owner lacks accountability. While her salon is sitting empty, and an Asian woman getting the star treatment, she has me wash my hands and sit down only to tell me that if I want my nails done to my liking, she cannot do it for me and that I would have to leave. Where are all the POC nail techs because I am so sick and tired of these disrespectful salon owners.

Things we very well today as I needed to find a new nail salon. NT Nails did a great job on both my daughter and I. I believe we found a new spot to continue taking care of our nails.

Really happy with my nails and work done by Cindy! I was a walk-in and my first time there - very welcoming and listened to what I wanted. She created sns and added a cute decor on my natural nail without needing to add tips or acrylic + helped me choose what's best for my hand / needs this time around for convenient upkeep with an expecting baby. Very sweet people , convenient location and COVID safety measurements. Will definitely be back at this relaxing environment. Definitely what this preggo mama needed!
