First off I would like to say that Dustin Davis the general manager at Mundys should not handle any calls, customer service, or talk to people at all, my insurance agent and I called earlier to ask about the status of the claim and simply find out what is going on. Mind you we are both women Dustin was very RUDE and at one point told my insurance agent that she needed to educate herself, he also went on to tell us to calm down and simply be quiet and NOT speak while he is speaking, all of this just for asking about the status of our car and how we can resolve the issue. He also did not know that the client was present on the phone and insisted that this was all the insurance doing even though the insurance had already paid them for the services and blaimed Hyundai and the insurance. He claimed that Hyundai sent 3 defective doors but was also being rude and made comments like do you want me to go ahead and made the doors in my garage. This is the worst shop, I would not recommend going here and worst of all having to deal with people like Dustin Davis. If this company had the audacity to promote someone like Dustin to a leadership role like General manager I wouldn't trust their judgment on other things like car repair. I would take caution when looking at the positive reviews as these ARE all paid for by the shop as they offer folks a $10 Starbucks gift card incexchange for a good review. Please take your time and read over the BBB and find out just how awful these people are. I will be going in person to speak to the owner about this incident as Dustin already told me that I can come in and speak to them once I calm down how incredibly rudePs. You absolutely do have me as a customer as my Hyundai has been in your shop since November please don't give that fake reply on here....

The dealership referred us to Mundy’s.They are organized, they fight for customers best, they are honest, they deliver a great workmanship. Since insurance rental coverage expired, they jumped in and offered me a new rental of their own and did not charge me for it.Their skills and professionalism are part of who they are; but I was treated as family, being kept informed and included in each detail decision.Many thanks, Mundy’s!

I had an absolutely GREAT EXPERIENCE! Nikki, Jordan & Pamela made this effortless. I had a “troublesome” experience with the insurance company of the driver who hit me. Pamela took the “bull by the horn” & got a resolution. I was so impressed when my sister’s car was in accident I told her she had to come here. If you are wanting your car fixed & great service come here - Mundy’s goes above and beyond!

I usually treat business dealings the same way most companies treat the customers. Most companies provide a service, you pay for said service and they move on to the next customer. I never, ever-ever leave reviews, and rarely experience a cause to. That’s why my opinion and experience should be taken verbatim. If you’re fortunate enough to get any customer service in today’s times you’re lucky, to say the least.My experience with Mundy’s Collision Center was AMAZING! I walked into the place with NO APPOINTMENT (based on a referral) and was immediately greeted in a very friendly and professional manner. The entire front office staff are an AMAZING team of people! They all do a great job of representing the company. Being in the business of dealing with customers who aren’t at the happiest time in their lives (damaged vehicles) this kind of customer goes a long way!My first interaction was with Nicky in the front office. She exudes a very pleasant & positive energy. She then turned me over to Michael, who did my estimate. He knows his stuff and is very detail oriented. He too, made a bad situation (temporary loss of my veh.) feel “not that bad”! He gave me a completion date and stuck to it even though there was no pressure to do so. Next was the drop-off of my veh. at which time I met Pam (or as my Wife calls herself Pamela). As with all the others she was a true compliment to the company and pleasure to deal with.The workmanship by the guys (in the back) was outstanding! And I was reminded NO less than 3 different times, that the company stands by its work with a LIFETIME guarantee on any repairs they’ve done!I had plenty more to say, but I know it’s supposed to be a review and not an essay!Anything less than what I’ve said would be a disservice to a great company and all of the staff!Customer Service Is A Thing Of The Past, but not with this company!!! You won’t regret it

I found Mundys to be very customer oriented. From the initial inspection and looking at our insurance estimate, they had some key points to bring up with the insurance company so that we won't be surprised with charges that wouldn't be covered. I appreciated that fore thought.The job took a bit longer than I expected but the finished job was great and it looked as if nothing had happened. I've used them yrs ago and it was great then and they certainly didn't disappoint this time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Amazing service! My car looks so great! It took a while for them to get it back to me but that was not their fault it was something about the manufacturer and parts. In the timeframe they had my car, they gave me updates every single chance they can even when there was not much of an update. I appreciated that ever so much! My sister recommended them to me and I’m recommending them to everyone.

My family recently relocated from North Carolina to Georgia. We were involved in an accident and I had no idea where to take the vehicle. I did a quick Google search and based off of reviews alone I decided to take it to Mundy’s. I was thoroughly impressed with their level of communication, effectiveness and customer service. I will certainly use them again in the future should I need a body shop.

Mundy's Collision Center is top notch! Unfortunately my vehicle was yeeted by a deer. I had significant damage. I knew immediately I was gonna take it to Mundy's. I have seen what great work they do and the great reviews other customers have left. I knew I could trust them with my vehicle. They did not disappoint. They kept me updated on all the repairs. My vehicle looks as good as new. Hopefully I will not be involved in another wreck but if I am, I will definitely be going back to Mundy's!

They were the only shop in the atl area who handles polestars. My car did end up being totaled by the insurance company but mundy was fantastic the whole way through. Communicated well. And they were really nice and explained things to me when I brought the car to them. Highly recommend!!!!

Never thought I would have to shop for a collision company but on May 1st that was exactly what I was doing. I immediately went to the reviews of several companies and Mundy’s Collision stood out. I can’t find the words to express the gratitude I have for this company. They were very understanding, patient, EXCELLENT customer service and aggressive (with the insurance company of course) I hope I never have to go through this ordeal again but in the event I do, I WILL be doing business again with them. Take my word you won’t be dissatisfied.

Mundy’s and everyone who works there are amazing. They are prompt, return calls, and very informative each step of the process. They are our go to shop for all repairs to my Volvo which has the worst luck and gets hit by everyone and everything! They are certified and are used by Volvo dealers for body work. You can’t go wrong with their impecable service. If there’s anything wrong with any repairs they are on it to ensure everything is done perfectly. Mundy’s isn’t just your typical collision center/body shop. From the professional and courteous front office staff to the thorough and experienced technicians, I felt taken care of every step of the way. They assisted me with my insurance claim and were transparent with their process. They went above and beyond my expectations to help get me back in my vehicle as quickly as they could.
