Put in a very few work orders over the year I've been here and they always come within 24 hours. I just put in a work order late last night and Roberto just left and fixed the problem before noon. Excellent service!

They have no consideration for their tenants, the will file an eviction on you in a heart beat and override their policy on you. It don’t matter how long you have been with them they will not consider you. They only care about their rent money and any extras fee they will charged you.

Roberto Aristizabal is a hard working guy and very helpful in assisting with issues and even answersed quetions that i had.

Hello I lived here when I was 9 I’m 12 now and all just want to say is there is a lot of kids here and I made so much friends and I love them all till this day I call them all the time but I moved to New York I beg my mom to take me back to Georgia and this apartment is the reason why it will always have a place in my heart I lived at apartment 9 and I’ll always knock at my friends doors to play with them all the kids here was really cool and I was outside sooo much

The maintenance team is superb!! Any issue with your apartment they are on the job immediately. Roberto, Edgar, and Mariella are all very polite and very profesional. You can tell they care about the job and also the tenants.

This is by far the worse place I ever stayed. Strictly because of office management Ms Wright , shanice and Jasmine and the foreign maintenance lady they all work together on mistreating tenants. The maintenance lady will harass you and literally watch everything you do and go to the office and talk about you but the other maintenance team is amazing and always pleasant. However the ladies in the office need to be replaced and the fact that their corporate office is still allowing these ladies to work here is even worse the way that they talk and mistreat tenants is wrong and you never know what a person is going through. They will threaten you with a notice to vacate over things that isn’t true smh not because of rent being late but because they think someone is staying with you like how you gonna tell me that I have someone staying here when I didn’t. Moving out was the best thing now I’m in a beautiful house but after dealing with these ladies I would never want to stay in apartments again.
