They don't communicate. Lie. And can't keep a timeline to save their lives. The receptionist is polite but that's all I can say. Wouldn't recommend. Using them for a new construction and are too far in to change but we have another large project coming in but will NOT use them. Update - The finished product was gorgeous and installers were nice. However there has to be companies out there that communicate, don’t lie, and put in great products. That is who I will find for next project

They do new installs, but also do repairs. I called and had someone out the very next morning. They completed the repair in under an hour with a VERY reasonable charge. Everyone I talked to and worked with was very courteous and helpful.

They came to look at the master bathroom project but never got an estimate. She claimed she was busy and supply chain issues. I called her back this year and she said the issues are resolved and will call me back- not a word and she does not respond to calls or messages. If you really want to get your project done - please find someone more reliable , don’t waste your time like me.

Our builder used this company to install our granite counter tops. They purposely (walked in when they were smoothing them out claiming they were just doing a final smooth over) covered up at least 7 deep holes in multiple parts of the granite. Did not know about these until whatever was used to fill the holes started to wear away almost a year later. I still find new holes on the regular. Shady company.

First visit, very very nice and willing to walk us around and look at what we needed to find what we were looking for. Very knowledgeable. A lot of choices, I’ll post again once my countertops are delivered and installed.
