Ms. Mariam is such a genuinely sweet person. I was going crazy looking for proper childcare for my son & she accepted us without any issues.I love how they make sure the kids have enough food and give them time to eat, not like other big daycares that only feed at certain times of the day. They also make sure the kids are well taken care of.She’s very accommodating with the hours you need childcare which is very hard to find. My son has been here for almost a year now and he loves it. I’m extremely grateful for finding this place.

I went here when I was 3rd grade. My mom put on the list that I can’t eat mash potatoes, But the lady who runs this place gave me the mash potatoes,I threw them up! She even blamed me when SHE was supposed to WATCH the KIDS at her house! I will never want to go back to this place! The bathrooms were horrible and they were nasty! The food was good half of the time! Most of the time one of the bathrooms never even worked! One of the teachers even asked me to draw my family and I drew my mom and then she asked “Where is your daddy in the drawing” I had to draw my dad! The playgrounds are horrible and the whole place is ragging and old! Until I see change in this place in my eyes this review stays the same!

This facility was what I needed, when I needed it. Ms Miriam, the owner worked with me and my kids in a rough patch of our lives. We were having issues at the previous facility with potty training and it was resolved almost immediately at MT Academy. The fact that there were not many kids is what attracted me to the place and the 24hour care. Small groups of kids means my kid gets more attention, then a place where there is one teacher and 13 kids and the teacher ends up potty training all day and my kid learns nothing. Her mom is a sweat heart all the kids love her and call her grandma. Its a real Mothers Touch. Thank you for going above and beyond to my little munchkins.

DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE. She is understaffed. The person watching the children is her receptionist...there arent any teachers, & the owner is hardly there. I wouldnt send my dog there...they do not provide rate sheets like any other daycare because “they dont want the parents to see what other parents are paying for their childcare each week” They are not always available during business hours. The owner is only worried about getting your money. She is very shady. They told me everything was included in the tuition but she would ask me still to bring cans of formula...just over all very unprofessional.Edit: I do recieve CAPS. & I found out payments were being sent to their facility even though my children were NOT in attendance. My CAPS has been active since July 23rd, however, I just switched it over to another school & my kids have been enrolled with their certificates as of 08/09/2018.My daughter was the very first child to ever attend A Mother’s Touch Academy. With that being said, I attempted to work with them in getting situated. However I found it pretty odd that they didnt recieve too much more business in such a high populated area over the month or two my child did attend. I personally found out about the center from a flyer at the local DFCS office & being a single mother in desparate need of childcare I immediately checked into it , Only to be disappointed. If you view their website you see they dont have any staff to even accommodate more than the 3 kids (including mine) that were there.

I found Mothers Touch Academy at the perfect time. Mrs. Miriam is the best. I love her energy. Working 3rd shift finding her is such a blessing. I hope to continue and have a lasting bond with her and her staff.

I really wanted to support this establishment being that I've seen fliers all over offering 24 hour daycare services. I figured they were serious and ready to become a great provider for children. Unfortunately I was disappointed when I arrived with my baby and the owner/official daycare provider was MIA. No real staff or kids were there, only her mother who offered to take my child until her daughter comes back from the store. I asked her mother where my child would be and she lead me back to a dark room with no crib in sight. I could add more to my disappointment but I digress.
