The communication on specifically that store is terrible. Initially, I was thinking that all metro pcs store's representative don't provide you relevant information, but only charging you. Half a year ago my wife paid for activation physical Sim but yesterday we noticed that they just charged us for physical Sim and didn't provide it, it was empty( e-sim) . I was there today, June 30th at 02:30 pm and requested to activate a new phone with the same thing , first Lady charged us 10 dollars for a new physical Sim, them was going charge 25 more for activation. And the issue is not in the company's policy , but in way of providing information. First, you are providing information and all prices to let the client make the right decision, not giving information partly all the time, forcing to pay every time. By the way everything was done for free in another store through the web-site. Representatives are entirely uncompetentive, and nothing is changing . Strongly reccomend to look for another store or carrier

Today is September 31. 3:47 pm. I just left a metro store with an unfriendly Latina girl with dark hair. I walked in and she was unwelcoming, unfriendly and disgustingly unprofessional. She was helping a gentle man and I asked her a question she didn’t even want to look or answer. Next, I decided to kill time to wait on her to finish helping the guy. She never told me she was finish knowing her racist self knew I was waiting on her. Someone else walked in she started helping them. I had to ask the guy if she was finish helping him. While she’s helping someone else and then tells me she was waiting on me with no communication. Not coming here again and not dealing with no bull.

I was told by Metro customer service that I needed to contact a corporate store. I have been unable to get any of them to answer their phone. I have been a Metro customer for 15 years. This is ridiculous.

I have been a customer of Metro for over a year, on July I went to a Metro store and purchased a new phone. I was not told that it would be locked for 180 days. My old phone worked on all the towers in my area. Now I can't make or receive calls. I have been on the phone(land line) with them 6 times and they refuse to unlock it. I'am supposed to pay the bill for 180 days with no service then they will give me a credit for the time not used. Outrageous! I doubt that is going to happen. Beware before you consider Metro by TMobile.

The person never told me my final total with smart pay. I ended up paying over $150 more than I was supposed to. It was going to be over $600 if I hadn’t caught the problem. I will never be going back to this metro again and I hope no one else has the same problem. When I spoke to the smart pay representative, he said they have had the same problem from the same store (this location) before and that it doesn’t surprise him. They need to change something, because if I didn’t catch it when I did, I would be out of a lot of money. They are thieves!
