I’ve been coming to this store for years and I’m always happy to find José the Manager there. He not only cares about “selling a phone” on more than one occasion he has been able to solve my issues with the service and have a friendly conversation. I need to be clear that I live outside of Lawrenceville and I prefer to come here.

If I could put it less, it would be bad attention. I told him that I wanted to buy a cell phone for the meantime because mine had been damaged and from there he recovered it. He told me that if I end up fixing my other cell phone and the one I had fixed is blocked, the imei comes out robbery and now they sold me a cell phone that hangs, I can't send photos and the same one who sold me was there and told me that the cell phone's fault is the system, so he bought me another one, he reluctantly told me, he's a very bald man with bad glasses. Thank you, I'm not going back there anymore.

Didn't had the phone i wanted. And then chose a different phone which hangs now. The lady said it comes with a phone case and then charged $30 ??♂️ i can understand doing sales is the job but at least be honest about it, who needs it will get it without saying.

All I needed to do was transfer the phone number on my phone with a shattered screen to another phone which had an active phone number. The man (who appeared to be the mamager) said I'd have to call customer service and they MAY be able to help me because he couldn't. His whole attitude was very unhelpful. I went to the Metro PCS on Lawrenceville Suwanee Rd. and Sugarloaf Parkway. The two ladies who worked there were so pleasant and did the transfer in 10 minutes!

I was just concerned with my phone, went there to be sure things were good with it. It is spanish store, with I have no problem with, it is that I have to feel like I'm looked down on bc I'm of color and others color have messed up for the rest. I just want answers. And mr. Mauel, took my request today and I felt like I was not knowledgeable of my phone. Asking about the difference apps I had and who they were made by as he search though my phone apps. I told him had talk to corporate and they told me to come to a store and have it checked bc they couldn't see the phone physically. He proceeded to give a look of not understanding why I would do that. I explained I was concerned and I just wanted to be sure. I was not here to aurgue are get him upset with me.. I didn't understand why after several times I keep my phone from looping while playing music or watching movies.he explained the weather of service, understand. I won't be going to that store again. Other spanish stort much better than this one . I'll travel the distance to get the better service. I sorry that he feel that way about such ones we all not alike.

The hotspot and data has been horrible from day one and we switched from Boost to get better service. Boost hotspot was better and you get 30 gbs. The free Amazon Prime for the $60 unlimited plan does not apply to all phones on the family plan just the primary line only. We were deceived all the way around. Spread the word. Hope this helps others from being disappointed ?

The only cell phone store we go to now! The guy who runs the store is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We always get great customer service here - thorough, attentive, genuine. They treat us like family.

I have been going to this MetroPCS store for years. The owner of this store is one of the most genuine people I've ever met. He is extremely professional, very polite, very knowledgeable, and has always been able to help me with any issue I've ever had. Even if he's very busy with other customers he will take the time to acknowledge you when you walk in the store, which was the first thing that I noticed about him the first time I came in. Him and the rest of the staff are very engaging and pleasant to deal with every visit. If you are looking for the upmost best experience you've ever had buying a phone, getting anything done, or even simply making a payment I would recommend this MetroPCS. As for myself I refused to go to any other MetroPCS store.
