Tim and Chouy are the best!! Great customer service. I walked in and out with no issues. They were super kind, caring, and professional. I was more than happy with how they were able to come up with a solution. They went above and beyond to take care of me. One of the best experiences I had walking in a store that took care of me like their own. These guys are truly awesome

The young girl that works there has helped me several times,Love this store,she is soooo Nice and whenever I have a problem with the phone she my go to girl,one reason why I will continue to use this Metro store

The employee that was assisting me wasn't very useful, she was too into her television show to properly conduct her job. I switched to metro by t- mobile because I had AT&T who not only kept moving my payment date up but who also would constantly fluctuate payments. I've heard great things about metro by T-Mobile like how the payments are always the same & how they don't change the date and have such great service. This lady was so into her TV show that she didn't want to go into the back to check out the different colors of the phone that I wanted or any other phone color. As soon as I told her which phone I wanted she walked away to go get it, she came back with a blue phone & I asked if they had any other colors and she said no I said what about in the other iPhones and she said no we only have all blue in iPhones that's all they receive. Also, when I first walked into the store the manager was there, she was getting ready to get off and that's before I decided which phone I wanted and during that time the girl was watching teen mom on her phone and even told the manager to look so I guess that's a regular things for her I only know she watched teen mom because before I left she was laughing at her phone and asked have I ever been teen mom and that she's currently watching it... this women never went over different phone plans with me, however she did ask if I wanted unlimited calls and text .. I paid my phone in full and asked that it be given to me unlocked and that wasn't done either now I have to go through all these steps just to switch phone companies.. I would never recommend that location or metro by T-Mobile to anyone ever.

My phone was frozen for a good while and I quickly came to the Metro by T-Mobile store to have it looked at; I was beyond pleased with the help that I received. The young lady was extremely courteous, professional and was willing to assist. Not only did she fixed the problem, she also, explained & showed me what to do, in the event there's another reoccurrence. For a grade, I give this store an A+. Fritz-Gerald Delice, D.B.A.

Hiking up prices! I was quoted $200 for a $129 phone. The lady claims she HAS to sell me the screen protector and case because it's the last phone. That does not make sense! I went somewhere else and got the same phone for the right price and got all my accessories from Amazon.

My son and I had an issue with my son’s phone. Yesterday, I came to this location (after having someone from Metro PCS mess up my and my son’s phone the night before via customer care phone call)He couldn't place calls or texts on what is supposed to be an unlimited phone and text plan. The young lady provided what we learned to be a short term fix. The minute my son turned his phone off, the phone stopped calling again. He can text though. I don't know why these phones are not working and it is frustrating that they can't tell you. I am going to another location today to see what happens.
