He was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was easy to understand, which gave us a lot of comfort and peace of mind as parents. I truly appreciate how caring and professional he was throughout the conversation, and I’m grateful for the time he spent answering our questions and making sure we felt confident moving forward. He even went as far as emailing me information that I needed regarding the medication as well as another medication I had questions about. This type of customer service is very rare to find these days. I’m truly thankful for all the help I was provided.”

Thank goodness it was nothing serious but the fact they saw me was fantastic. He even met after hours one time. “Face Down Chairs really helped me get through a difficult retina surgery and recovery period. Unfortunately, I was out of the service area and had to pick up the equipment and set it up myself. Courtney was wonderful and helped us figure everything out.
