I've been coming to this location for 8 yrs! And although I've moved about 15 mins further and there is another location only about 10 minutes from me, I still come to Massage Envy at Sugarloaf in Duluth. They typically always answer when I call the office to schedule a session (Yes, I know you can also schedule online...I do both, but prefer to call). I have experienced good massage therapists 99% of the time with only one bad experience to date (I honestly feel like that particular person was very new to the profession). All in all, I would recommend this location. I always leave feeling decompressed from any tension or stress and relaxed. It's self-care at its best.

I used to be a member for years and decided to come back and the customer service was great from beginning to the end. The manager Shannon was very polite and explained all the new products and services that I end up joining again...the whole energy was better than I remembered...my masseuse was JC (Jennifer) and she was great...she gave me all the right pressures in the spots needed, only complaint it wasn't long enough! Can't wait until my next session!
