Another great repair job. Andre the technician identified the problem and quickly fixed the car. He also did some troubleshooting for what is likely to be the next item to address. Joel in the office is always cheerful and accommodating. I expect to keep my 2015 running well for many miles to come.
These guys are good. Friendly customer service. Awesome use of technology to keep customers updated on what needs to be done on their car. They are "into" BMW's and I trust them with mine. They did a full 100K service.

I want to give a shout-out to the team at True Automotive. Zack, Cody, and Joel. I have always taken my BMW to them for service, and they have been great. Last month, my car broke down with catastrophic engine damage. The guys at True gave me all my options and worked with me on the cost of diagnosing the problem. In the end, I chose not to bring the car back to life. They were helpful in the process of selling the car as well. Really an awesome company. I so appreciate everything they did for me. I will always use True Automotive for all my call repairs. Thanks again, guys!

My Maserati was taken care of by service advisor Joel Ciporkin and I was very pleased. Turbo Diagnostics details was provided as explained and repair was completed which saved me $12,000 from my normal dealership of the vehicle.

I recently had to have 4 new tires and when I found them cheaper they matched the price! Also they were keeping my car overnight and I mentioned my beetle convertible never stayed out overnight and was worried about it. Later that even they sent me a picture that they had parked it inside. They are great people and Joel is the best!! Thank you I’ll be back with other cars.
