The maintenance man came and did what he did but I have no confirmation if it works or not after he ran it sounded like metal scraping around in the machine I would've preferred a replacement but it is what it is

I hope and pray that some corporate manager reads and understands my comment as it is necessary and of course contacts me. I let you know that I do not need office staff to contact me about this matter since they have been the ones who have ignored the requests that I have made since August 2023. I have been here since 2017... I am happy, I have no problem and no one has a problem with me...except that the office does nothing to make the necessary repairs when an order is placed. I live on the second floor and from May onwards there have been several times that water falls from the third floor right in my second bathroom, which led to the floor getting mold, insisting that they repair it, they only sent the painter to come and repair the ceiling, but not floor. Bino do the repair on August 30. In September I returned to the office several times to get a response about the repair of the floor, which the manager told me that the painter had said that it was not mold but they did not send to repair it either. When the painter went to paint the ceiling I asked him about the floor. He said they had just sent him a text saying to just spray the ceiling. When I returned to the office, the manager and secretary wanted or rather lied, telling me that the painter was Niño and said that it wasn't mold. In November I placed an order again for the issue of the apartment and until today, December 18, they send the maintenance worker to clean the mold in the kitchen and laundry room. If I tell you that there is also mold in the kitchen from theMonth of July which also made orders for them to check that and they only came to clean with Clorox. In the office they did not want to send a person to check if there is mold between the wall, which is obvious what there is since it keeps coming out and the wall is already damaging the kitchen cabinet. Several times I even told them to bring the manager to my apartment for another reason and I showed her what mold there is, she said it's not mold. I don't know if she really knows what mold is or not. The bathroom floor is still peeling and damp, there is still mold in the kitchen and there is a lot of infestation due to humidity. I have had to change my own money portfolio due to my health when in reality it is not my responsibility to do this... I hope they take my spending into account and lower my rental cost. Corporation supervisor, please contact me if you don't want to make repairs, let's reach an agreement, lower my rental cost and I will do the repairs.My apartment had a sponge under the folder that got rid of how rotten it is... I just hope that my comment and experience does not cause them to take action on me or on my lease, but it is not fair that they ignore the needs that they have. We have tenants.

We have a wonderful and outstanding communithe. People in office are very nice, and if you need any type of help, they will help you. And if it, there is anything needed to be fixed, maintenance would be out within the next day.???

I’m so pleased to give our newest manager at Magnolia Village apartment a five stars. She deserves it. She gets things done and I mean it. I have been living at this apartment for five years now and she’s the best manager. For the past years I have been dealing with mold issues but since she came I told her she gets right at it and now everything is gone. I just want to say thank you to our new manager. And she’s always smiling even when you are not in the mood to smile. She is just the right person for the job.

Hi have reached out and stopped by the office EIGHT TIMES now about the noise and disruptions coming from unit 3123. They are constantly outside smoking weed and harassing people. I have asked for someone to handle this and these people are getting louder. Why are these multiple adult men living in this unit not being fined or penalized for the noise? Things are falling off my walls due to the music vibrating and shaking the walls from the loud speakers they play daily. I have documented my multiple attempts to rectify this with no resolve. This is a violation of my lease. I’ve been here over 7 years and never has it been this bad. I have left multiple messages with the front leasing staff and nothing is being done. We don't t have security and the office staff is not available. I have sent emails I have stopped by the office and NOTHING.Thurs Oct 5th11:44pm-3:56am running jumping screaming loud musicFri Oct 6th10:12pm - 5am loud yelling, and smoking weed outside in the front of building 3000.loud music played from 10pm-2amOct 7thLoud Music at 4:41 am starts again until 5:24amharassing my guest that came over to visit me later in the day. They were holding huge amounts of cash and they appear to be selling drugs in the front of the building. Asking my guest if they smoke and want weed.Oct 8th6:02pm jumping running screaming and fighting. Female screaming on and off. Outside on deck yelling and smoking weed.10:37pm Loud running and jumping nonstop for 45 mins.Oct 9th3:33pm jumping, running, screaming for 2 hours.10:18pm running and jumping, screaming and fighting until 11:21pmOct 10th4:20pm running jumping yelling fighting for 2 hours9:21pm to 11:13pm jumping, running, loud yelling. Kids fighting.9:24pm two adult men talking loud and yelling at each other on the patio. Smoking weed and fighting.Oct 129:10pm loud banging and stomping. Screaming someone named CJ and Marcus. Constantly yelling and screaming. This is happening right now in real time.

I’ve been living in this apartment for about 4 years. My experience has not been the best at all. While it is a decent place to live if you don’t expect much. It’s not a good place at all .I typically don’t do reviews because I do not see the point in shinning light on the negatives. I only decided to make a review because we recently got a new leasing office manager Ms.Tracele and she absolutely amazing. Since being here my experience, especially with office staff has not been good, she’s the only nice , and most professional staff I’ve encountered my time here. She’s efficient and willing to help. She promptly returns emails and call. I do believe there will be improvement now that she is here and I’m looking forward to it. While I give the apartment complex 2 stars, I give her 5.

The 2 ladies in the office (Tracele and Naidia) lack professionalism. My rent was applied to the wrong account and I was OVER CHARGED for my rent for the month of October 2023. I asked them for a phone number of their manager, and I was given a WRONG email address. I never received a text, email, or phone call back. I have lived here for many years and never had this kind of problem.

Been trying to get in contact with someone for over two months about an one bedroom because I'm moving from out of state and no one answers the phone or responds back to my emails.. I don't understand how I'm supposed to apply or get on waiting list because no one responds back.

Since new management took over the apartment, they don’t want to renovate the apartment especially inside everythings look old. Hope they do something about it. When you call in to fix something it take forever to get it fix. They don’t care about people only care about the money. Poor management team. Hopefully they do better.

I have been trying for weeks to get in contact with the office staff with no luck. Yesterday (11/15/2022) I went by there at 4:40 they had a sign saying they were in a meeting so I waited. I saw the black office employee leave out the office so I attempted to go in but the door was still locked. again the black office employee with the black legging like pants pressed hair pulled back into a pony tail resurfaced she came to the door grabbed a package read it and threw it back out again I go to the door she had already locked it back. I waited some more. She resurfaced again standing directly in front of the door having a good conversation on her cell phone. I went back again the door is still locked by this time its 5:30 the maintenance man came by for the second time and I asked him if he would just go in and get an application for me. The black office lady shoed him away he came out and said there not taking applications right now. At 5:33 the office lights went out and they were closed. An hour I sat there making eye contact with this woman while she checked the package outside the door, stood in front of the door on her cell phone and just her random walk byes to see if I was still there never once did she say a single word! After the lights went out My five year old son and I drove away. That Lady was extremely rude and unprofessional.

My mailbox was successfully fixed. I’m now waiting on a response about having my carpet cleaned (2nd request).
