This service was HORRIBLE to say the least! I called to place a order with this company and I could NEVER get anyone on the phone, and the phone message suggests that you text, how professional is that. I had to correspond with the owner via text and the only time l was able to speak to a person was when they needed to collect my credit card information. Go Figure! I am a very patient, layed back and understanding person so I just went with the flow of how they handled their business. (Stupid move)We set up a date, in which I did NOT get my material delivered. I had to keep TEXTING them for an update as to when I would receive the delivery & I kept getting vague TEXT back. Now today, I had 6 tons of gravel delivered today and the driver did not make an educated decision to not pull in my yard after several days of raining. I asked him to wait 7 minutes before I got there so I can tell him where to drop it, but he didn't!!!? I pull up to my house to see him in the middle of my front yard with the BIGGEST DEEPEST tire tracks in it with a pile of rocks in the middle of my yard. All I was told was to take it up with the owner, and that he was a independent contractor. WOW. This has been an unbelievable experience, that truly sucked!!!

LL plant mix soil is terrible. It's like a bunch of clay, rocks, and some plastics. Water doesn't drain as fast. If you buy this, better mix it with something else. I have to mix it with HD miracle grow garden soil.
It's like MUD. I don't recommend for vegetable garden particularly raise beds. Definitely didn't get what I paid for. Better off purchasing 30 bags of HD or Lowes garden soil when on sale (5x$10) for same price.

UPDATES: 3 YEARS LATER! SOIL STILL COMPACTED UNDERNEATH. Gonna have to add tons of perlite.

Great place for landscaping materials - I have ordered sod, mulch, and rock from them both picked up and delivered. Recently had an issue with some of the rock they delivered and they picked it back up within a business day and dropped off replacement product. Seems like a well run business - never have issues getting ahold of anyone there.

Great place for home owners looking to do it yourself. The staff was helpful answering all my questions and helping choose the best decorative stones to match our house color and lawn.
Jeff the loader is awesome! This was my first time taking on a project of this size. I brought my small jeep pick-up truck to collect a half ton of decorative stones. Jeff correctly advised me to divide the load into two portions of 1/4 ton loads. 1/2 ton would have been too heavy for my little jeep. Also, he helped prevent damage to my jeep bed by recommending a $10 canvas bag to be gently loaded onto my jeep (versus directly dumping the stones onto the bed possibly resulting in many dents). If you're loading your product, ask for Jeff! Great guy!
Front office is great. They answer all your questions, help with payment options, and always give helpful advise.
Luxury really helped this do-it-yourselfer complete my project successfully. They made me a lifetime customer!

Breath of fresh air. I appreciate the communication and website ordering and the consideration of the driver that has brought me two tandem loads of heavy stones (so far). The company and driver(s) are great and successfully dropped material in the perfect spot to avoid harming my orchard while expediting my project completion even when I snoozed through the second delivery (sorry!)

They tore up my new lawn by delivering a broken pallet of stones. The forklift driver had to dig and ruin my lawn to pick the pallet up since it was broken. They promised to come out and fix my lawn but they never did.

Thank you all of you at Luxury Landscape Supply in Lawrenceville! We bought materials at LLS for a project that included pavement and decoration gravel. The final result is just stunning! Though my opinion could be subjective I know it is beautiful because neighbors are stopping to admire and ask about it. So two more neighbors ended up using LLS materialsthat we ordered for them.Everyone at LLS is amazing! Nice personnel, always willing to help and do all that is possible to make the customer happy with their products and services.Look up their products and don't hesitate to call them or check out their products on-site.
