I had the best experience at Lin’s Automotive. I was having an issue with my convertible top on my 2015 BMW. I called and their friendly staff was able to get me in within the hour. Wayne was unbelievable, taking the time to explain in detail the complex operation of my convertible top, and what he thought was wrong with it. He made a few minor adjustments to include adding fluid to my hydraulic pump. They only charged me for the diagnostic fee, which was fantastic. My BMW will only be serviced at Lin’s Automotive going forward. I feel they were honest and upfront, which unfortunately so many repair shops are not. Thanks guys for the wonderful experience!

The staff at Lin's Auto is always great! They take great care of my truck and are always very friendly and seem to go out of their way to make sure I know what's going on with my vehicle. The waiting area is great and I just can't say enough good things about this shop!

I recently took my sister’s 1997 Cadillac Seville STS to Lins Automotive for extensive work. It was difficult to find someone who would work on a car of its age. However, Farick and his team, particularly Vlad who worked on the car, evaluated the car extensively and discussed what needed to be done to make it safe to drive. They worked to replace the parts with Cadillac parts (when possible) and made sure that it was running properly before turning it back to me. Farick also followed up with me after I had had an opportunity to drive the car to make sure that I was completely satisfied; that “extra concern” is so very rare in our world today, and I. I am more than happy with their professional communication and attention to details. I recommend them to everyone!!

I’ve been a long time repeat customer. Very honest, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. They are upfront about expected pricing and time for repairs. The shop is clean! Nice waiting area if needed. They work hard and communicate very well throughout any process. The prices and rates are competitive. I refer all to them and everyone has been pleased with them too.

I wanted to take a moment and leave a review of the fantastic team over at Lins.To give a bit of context, I flew up to Atlanta from South Florida to pick up a dream car of mine: a 2003 BMW M3. After a bit of research on a few BMW forums, I chose Lins to do the pre purchase inspection.They were exceptionally detailed at inspecting the car, and answering questions both me and the seller had on the car. You can tell they take pride in their work. Farrick and the team there are A1 and you’d be hard pressed to find a better, more honest, and more thorough group of people there.If you’re looking for a shop for anything automotive related, look no further.

I would recommends Lins automotive to everyone especially ladies. My daughter had a problem with battery going dead to make a long story short she spent unnecessary money for wrong things until I took it Lins. So ladies if you want it fixed right go to Lins and ask for Farick you won't be disappointed

I took my 1966 impala ss to get an alignment and they were the first shop to know exactly what to do and how to do it. Everybody there is helpful and respectful, I will definitely be doing more business with them.
