Complete waste of money. Not sure how this dump is even in business. Mediocre service. Someone pre-cleaned the front of the car, back bumper was still completely filthy. The majority of vacuums were out of service or barely had any suction. Entire place seemed chaotic.

I had the worst experience I ever had at car wash. I arrived at this car wash a little before 8am. I was able to pay $12 and didn’t see any workers to guide my car in the automatic car wash. I was blowing my horn, to get someone attention. Immediately a young male employee comes out of the office with an attitude. Telling me to calm down because the business opens at 8 am. However there isn’t a business sign for operating hours and I was allow to pay and enter the car wash. This guy proceeded to get smart with me and was cursing under his breath and I heard him. I confronted him about it. That’s when he called his manager on the phone and began lying about the encounter. All the while I was the phone with my mother so she could hear everything as well. When I drove out of the car wash to vacuum area. The vacuum was turned off and I waited five minutes while he was still on the phone ignoring the fact the car wash provides free vacuum as well. I will never return to this business for another racist encounter. I was a loyal customer of this car wash for years. You have been warned!!!!

If there was an option to leave no stars I would . My first time using this business was on Monday 7/8/24 at 310pm and my brand new 2024 vehicle was left with a scratched . I noticed it right after coming out the wash and drying my car , I then went to the clerk and showed him and he then told me to complete a incident report and that he would give it to the owner. I completed an incident report however I didn’t it sign it because signing it would say I agree that the business wouldn’t be liable . I was informed by the clerk that someone who contact me the next day. After not hearing from anyone I contacted the business on thursday 7/11/24 on two occasions where they stated that they would check the cameras and called me back . I finally got a call back later that afternoon and was informed to send pictures and that he would follow up with me next day first thing in the morning . Today 7/12/24 I had to again reach out to the owner following up and he basically disregarded my concern (i will post the response in the photos). If you work hard and want to preserve the life of your paint job and value your vehicle PLEASE PLEASE don’t go here !!! . My car was brand new.. and it’s visible that the scratch was done in the car wash . Now I am left with dance to my paint and i will have to spend more money to correct this . It’s sad that they didn’t even try to resolve the issue, just plain out denied responsibility. DONT TAKE A CHANCE !!!!!! Learn from my mistake of trusting this business .

This is a place you should avoid unless you want to fight . Here is my scenario , I dropped my car for full detail washing but they gave me back only vacuumed after half a day . The person who did the work apologized for not doing right and offered a refund but the manager refused while she was supposed to apologize and look for solution! the most disappointing part is that she doesn’t care about her wording! Very unusual in this country .

What a waste of money!!! We should have taken the hint about the poor quality of this place after we arrived and witnessed what appeared to be chaos. Workers were running all about, not seeming sure about the services they were to render to waiting customers. Our car
-detailer guy was on his cellular phone, and kept us waiting 10 minutes before acknowledging us.
My husband dropped off my SUV here to be fully detailed for $150 fee [$125 for smaller cars]. The service was supposed to include total interior vacuum, carpet shampoo, removable mats shampoo, interior dust/wipe/polish/shine and fragrance plus outside wash and towel dry and wax with tire shine included.
When we picked up our vehicle 3 hours later, it was dirty in several places. We found spots of dry food and removable stains still on the seats and carpet. The bottoms of the vehicle's doors were unwiped. Their was debris remaining on the main carpets and they weren't shampooed at all...only the mats were damp, and they smelled of old mop water. The interior dashboard and door panels were dusty, the tracks were untouched because as we moved the seats back/forth, we could see all the original crumbs and dirt.
We asked for a 50% discount to compensate us for the work we'd have to do [or pay someone else to do] to finish the detailing job as described in the print ad and as we desired.
By the way, it took several hours of drying our mats in direct sunlight to rid of the dampness and rancid odor.
Needless to say, we do not recommend this place and do not intend to return.

Didn't seem to clean as well as some other auto-washes I've been to. Vacuums have air nozzles, so that's nice.

The air nozzle wasn't working and i had to try 2 hoses to find one that wasn't clogged. The air nozzle was the differentiator compared to the newer carwashes in the area.

One of the absolutely best spot in the area and not just for the automatic car wash but for detailing as well. Robert definitely is the man to see if you have a vehicle that needs extra attention.

I went to this car wash because there was an exploding line so I assumed people loved it.
They used a power washer on the side of my new vehicle causing there to be a huge chip. I filled out an incident report over a MONTH AGO!!! NO CALL BACK. NO CONTACT FROM THE MANAGER. I have been calling for the manager, Layla almost once a week and I get the same response “She is not here, can I take a message?” I leave the SAME message every single time. They tell me the same thing “I will tell her to look at the cameras” Well i’m assuming she hasn’t because it’s been over a month and I am FED UP!!!
Even the guy working said “The chip is too fresh to be old” YES I KNOW
I asked the guy that was working what normally happens in these situations and he said “They will do anything to not pay for it, keep bothering them” HOW embarrassing and how unprofessional.
DONE!!

Great service and efficient car wash. These guys are great; they detailed the outside of the car with a power washer and scrubbed it down before going into the drive thru power wash. And my kids love going through the machine.

3 times I went this week a little after 7 pm bc they had their closing time as 8 pm. On the THIRD night, I had a chance to ask an employee what time they truly closed. I was told 7pm. My response was, of course, to say that it was advertised as 8pm. He said they had let management know bc people had complained. Of course, they complained. If you change something important like the time your business closes, have enough respect and appreciation for your customers to inform them ahead of time, or in the very least, change the time advertised at the same time the change takes place, not afterwards. Thank you for finally changing the time on Google Maps.
