I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Kia at Lifetime Fitness! Her expertise in facials is unparalleled. Not only was the facial incredibly relieving, but Kia took the time to explain each step of the process and the products she used. Her professionalism and gentle approach made the entire experience truly delightful. I highly recommend Kia for anyone looking for a top-notch facial experience. She definitely deserves five stars!

Please don't ever use this gym club. I was supposed to set up an intro session and take my photo for my membership card. I kept trying to get in contact with the gym to schedule that and ask questions. I never could get in contact with anyone and never even received a member card. I never used the gym. I was charged roughly $400 for a service I never used. This place is a complete scam. Please beware and they won't issue a refund. They just take your money and are practically impossible to get in touch with. Worst gym service ever. Please don't sign up and let them take your money.

Me and my father have been coming to this gym for over 8 years now it's very unfortunate that random things go missing from our bags randomly we won't even notice it's gone and once we do and then call lost and found it's no longer a suprise that there is always nothing in there I mean the first time this happened a fluke we thought second time coincidence so on and so fourth we get to about the 7th time this has happened the worst part is the items are litterally pointless to take except for the fact that they are water bottles I mean its ridiculous it's the 5th time one of our expensive water bottles has gone missing and randomly is no where to be found im not blaming anyone but it' just doesn't seem plausible someone would steal a famn water bottle so althats my opinion and this seems to be a common thing here according to other members who notice there stuff going missing aswell this so I'm just curious as to how this keeps happening and how it's possible that none of these items are in lost and found

Was all good until we started meeting some of the staff with rude attitude sometimes and we took the paid swimming classes on a 2 yr membership.. than everything changed. The instructors were on a extremely bad attitude the entire time and we started to dislike it. So we asked for a refund at least a partial one and they ended up forcing us to cancel the membership so we could get a refund and made it seem because we never stopped reaching since they kept putting us off. This used to be a 5 star gym, honestly I thought my review would be one of the negative ones but turns out it’s 3.8 stars now. Oh well guess they didn’t better up. Dang too bad I like the gym a lot and would love to come back if they take care of certain things.

When they start making the hot tubs hotter than a warm bath tub, I’ll change my review. If I want to get in a hot tub I have to go all the way to Johns Creek just to get in one that is actually hot. Johns Creek is an all around better gym and worth the little extra it cost. Sugarloaf, step it up!

The child center is over populated and not enough teacher for the kids. The children basically run wild and there is no order.

Lifetime Fitness stopped taking cash.Remember when the Wi-Fi isn't working or the power goes out, you can still buy your family food with with money.Paying on cards, phones, and watches may be cool, convenient and easy. But if we lose cash, then we will solely rely on technology for our livelyhood and purchasing. Then whoever operates and owns a technology, will own you.Because Lifetime Fitness is taken away cash and shoving QR codes down our throats. It's clear who's agenda they are following. Sorry, it's sad to see my favorite go down this path, straight to CommunismI hope to see other gyms like this one open up with a different agenda thats about freedom.P.S. If you try to take any more of my freedoms away at this gym. I will cancel this membership

Came to purchase a membership front sales lady insisted I came in the “wrong door” and wanted me to walk back out of the door and in through the other door to talk to her behind the same desk. I did not do that neither did I purchase a membership. 11/20/24 11:15pm. Poor customer service.

I left work early so that I could make it to a 4:45 yoga class. Gigi was the instructor. I have never been to one of Gigi’s classes so had no clue that being 3 minutes late would result in the door being locked and not being allowed entry into the class after knocking. My ETA was 4:40 but due to an accident on 85, I arrived at 4:47 and made it upstairs to the class at 4:48. This is metro Atlanta, so things happen with traffic even when you make all the efforts to be early or on time, as I had done. Every studio that I’ve been to gives a grace period, and there are yoga and other classes at Lifetime where late entry is allowed. I spoke to someone at the front desk and was told that it’s up to the instructor to allow a grace period or not. To me, that is unacceptable. There needs to be a company policy that is consistent. I was once late to a hot yoga class at Lifetime and was allowed entry with no problem, actually the door wasn’t even locked. The instructor was very welcoming and didn’t miss a beat with the class. So I had no clue that I would be refused entry for a 3 minute delay. I wasted time, experienced frustration due to traffic, inconvenienced colleagues by leaving early, mileage on my car, etc because an accident caused me to be 3 minutes late and the instructor decided she couldn’t be bothered to allow people who had registered for the class to enter after a measly 3 minutes. For what Lifetime costs monthly, this is unacceptable and instructors shouldn’t be given the liberty to lock people out that quickly. I understand 10 minutes or more late, but less than 5 is just ridiculous. I understand not wanting to interrupt the flow of the class, but that small of a delay, you’re still warming up, and it shouldn’t be that significant. If other yoga instructors, and other group fitness instructors allow some grace, Gigi should be doing the same. If she wants to go against the grain, then she should get her own studio and make as many rules as she wants.

3 stars is for Lifetime as a whole, not this specific location.State of the art facility, nice gym, plenty of classes, basketball court, indoor outdoor pools.... for an arm and a leg. Facilities? 5 stars. Service? 4 stars. Lessons? 1 star.I was paying $170 (it's Def more now) for a family of 3. Plus $70 a month for swimming lessons. Started off okay, except we aren't gym rats so I was using it mostly for swimming lessons for my kid. Now, I didn't take lessons at this location, but the Johns Creek one would cancel on me without telling me (they claimed they emailed me, but when it happened again they lost all my faith). I would show up and they'd say no class. So I can just take a makeup, right? Maybe come in tomorrow? Nope. You get some sort of credit. You can't use it to just get a makeup. But you can use 3 credits to get one private lesson. What? I don't even need a private lesson. You canceled on me! Now I need to use over $50 of my investment for one 30 minute private lesson! So back and forth they kept yanking my chain and taking my money so I quit. Not just swimming, but Lifetime. I don't want to deal with a gym that wants to do anything in their power to rob me of my money.

Yoga, steam room, indoor full court basketball, olympic indoor lap pool lanes, punching bags, curved treadmills, nice ruberized weights, TVs everywhere, childcare with cool activities. That's a portion of what l take advantage of. It's definitely worth finding out.

Some staff members aren’t professional nor pleasant. Lifetime as a brand is top tier but this facility needs help. Broken equipment, overcrowded, children in the weights area (which is prohibited), and locker rooms need a deeper clean. They were in the process of remodeling when I switched gyms but I held them to the LF standard that I experienced at Alpharetta and Johns Creek which is why I’m dissatisfied and feel like they didn’t measure up.And it’s most certainly overpriced.

Love the gym, HATE seeing people record themselves and not respecting others privacy. I come to work out, NOT be recorded. Should be a no camera policy while working out around others.
