The counter staff and cleaning staff are both very rude, and the shower room closes early even though it's not closing time, so you can't shower. It's the worst place.

Unfortunately, I give the lowest rating, although I love this place. Many people do not know how to use the sauna and behave like savages. Nowhere in the world have I seen people wearing clothes and shoes to go into a sauna, especially after training. It is not only a lack of brains but also a total disrespect for other people.
The rules on the wall are ignored by many. I understand that I live in a world where there are many stupid and arrogant people, but why does the administration not take any action? I absolutely do not like breathing in the fumes of sweat. I don’t pay my money for it!

No shower allowed 10 minutes before closing time. Lazy white boys saying that last night at 10:50pm 08/05/2024. They made up the rules.

I can’t believe they keep raising prices when their restrooms are constantly looking like this.
I understand that it isn’t the staffs fault that people are disgusting, but why do we have to pay A HIGH PRICE to constantly see that?
if it’s not a bloody tampon, it’s paper towels everywhere: on the floor, on the sink soaking wet, not only that but some people don’t know how to flush. Again it isn’t 100% staffs fault, the staff i’ve spoken to are very kind and seem to be working hard and I honestly feel bad that they even have to work around such nasty WOMEN (because i’m talking about woman’s restrooms) who are so gross. It’s just disappointing to come to a place where my family and I are paying to breathe calmly and enjoy a workout and walk into restrooms like this.

The people at lifetime is awesome and the staff is great the pools are clean and the lifetime kids camp is great to and my son loves it there and when I go to work out they have everything nice and organized and there is no mess anywhere and lifetimes is awesome that’s why I give it 5 stars

Prices have gone up but the gym stays the same. People hog the machines with towels, weights everywhere, and sanitary wipes on the floor. I wish I had more pictures because this happens almost every time I go. I’ve been coming here for 5+ years and nothing changes, only the price!!

Please fix the place. It's so gross! I will have to cancel it if they not clean the bathroom up atleast... I hate the price for the gym when you can not atleast use those money to make the building more cleaner...it's just so filthy here....

I have been a member of LT for 10+ years. This location is my favorite. It feels like home. Today, I was stung by a bee by the aquatic park. Joseph, Leroy and Gloria came to my rescue, got the first aid kit, and saved my life! ??

The best one of Gyms in Atlanta! Swimming and Pickleball are my favorite sports. Enjoying indoor and outdoor both activities. Nice for families. Towels and floors are clean and dry. It is best place for relaxing and fun!

I’ve been a member at this gym for a couple years now & slowly but surely the gym has declined in cleanliness and quality. The soaps in the shower seem watered down and sometimes the conditioner is in the shampoo bottle, and vice versa. (It can Happen)The biggest complaint is the indoor pool. I’ve visited other lifetime pools and their water is nowhere near as cloudy and dirty as this facility. It’s a shame that this gym is declining so rapidly because we love being members of lifetime. However like someone else mentioned, so many people are disrespectful (talking on phone loudly, bringing smelly products into the saunas, not cleaning up after themselves). Visited a lifetime in AZ, and this lifetime needs major updates/renovations & cleaned up.

Their hours keep getting worse and worse yet upkeep and membership costs continue to go up. This location is basically a slightly upgraded la fitness. Update: this is still one of their downhill locations.

This gym is very nice but so no sign up for the summer camp . The head counselor takes fun out of everything and makes kids play games like reverse tag or the incredibles game. The camp is boring and all the middle aged kids to tweens hate coming everyday.

I recently had to leave a gym that I was genuinely sad to part with. The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming, and everyone there felt like family. The staff and fellow members were always supportive and friendly, making every workout session enjoyable and motivating. Shout out to Antuon for providing outstanding customer service. However, I ultimately couldn't overlook an issue with the childcare situation. One of the employees made both me and my child feel uncomfortable, which significantly impacted our overall experience. Despite this, I will always cherish the sense of community and the wonderful people I met there. I hope the gym addresses this issue to ensure a positive experience for all members in the future.

As a faithful member since 2008, I recently canceled my membership. This gym used to be a nice place to workout and relax. Now its so loud I can't hear myself think. Equipment is always broken, there is never enough free-weights (because some group class is going on). Members are constantly filming themselves and camping out on equipment that other members would like to use. The staff didn't even think twice about me canceling my membership. So... bye forever!
