I have been doing my taxes here for years. The customer service has always been professional and kind. I moved to Lithonia and didn't want to drive the distance to Lawrenceville so I went to some one else 1 time it was an absolute nightmare. That experience showed my to stay where I've never had a problem, hold up or any drama. Now they have made it even easier to upload my documents and do business from home. I'll NEVER leave again!!!

DJ and Teresa were absolutely wonderful. I love how convenient their hours are for people that work 6 days a week. Their service was quick and they taught my husband and I a lot of tips and advice to help me in the future, not just about tax returns but also about getting set up with life insurance and the benefits of that. We will definitely be returning to see them year after year.

Lincoln Tax Service, Teresa is awesome, she is patient and you can literally ask her anything about what you think you can claim, no rushing. My family has been coming for a few years

I went in to get my taxes done and tried to inquire about the recovery rebate credit since i just became independent in 2020 and DIDNT received my stimulus checks. The lady that was supposed to be helping told me i would not receive any stimulus checks that were sent yet when i went to go get my taxes done with someone else i ended up receiving all of them. They need to learn a little bit more before automatically denying things like that. Not only was she a bit rude but she should have at least looked on the irs website before jumping to a conclusion.

Last year I had my taxes done with Ms.Heard and this year she gave me some great advice. This tax place is fair and reasonable and also honest. She kept in contact with me all the way up until the time the check was in my hand, any questions i had she answered with no problem. I would have gave them a ten star ⭐️.
