Friendly and helpful staff! A huge selection of books and the cutest kid’s area. As we walked out with our new to us treasures my 11 year old remarked that it was the best bookstore he’d ever been in! I’d agree.

To the proprietor of this book store, please train your personnel on basic customer service skills. My adult son and I walked into the location and immediately felt unwelcomed. We looked pass not being greeted, but when leaving and asking a simple question about the trade-in policy, the response delivery was labored with disdain for our very presence. This individual could have least faked her intolerance for a few minutes of a brief exchange.

I visited Liberty Books for the first time not too long ago. The book selection is pretty good, but I couldn’t say the same about customer service. Aside from the initial greeting, no one attempted to help me navigate the store. There wasn’t a “Can I help you?” or “Are you looking for something particular?” for me, though it seemed different for others. As a young minister who used to work in a Christian bookstore (Lifeway), as this one advertises, my hope is for a better spirit of hospitality moving forward for all new and regular customers.

Never coming to this place ever again. I walk in and am looking at the books this place has and the first thing I see is a section of books about how Islam is a bad religion, calling muslims terrorists, etc. How do you expect to run a business that is selling products that are encouraging racism against Muslims that could be potential customers and are DISPLAYING these books front and center. The way this store is displaying these racist books says a lot about the values of this store and how they are not welcoming to Muslims. This place is a prime example of encouraging ignorance. Don’t waste your time by coming to this bookstore. I’ve also added a photo to show just how messed up this place is.

This place has a nice collection and you can trade in your own books for credit. Staff are helpful and kind. I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back.

Linda was very helpful and gave me a tour of the place, the store goes on for a block and has a cool science fiction basement reading area. If they don't have what you want they will order it on the spot and will do BETTER than what you see on Amazon. They also have a meeting space for birthdays or whatever loots like it could seat 30 at least. Plus you don't have to leave the building to get ? yeah etc.

They had an amazing author signing his books. The store is filled with wonderful books and the customer service was great.
