If I could give this NO STARS I would!!!! The person at the front desk was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! He was visibly annoyed with everyone that came in. He was rude to me due to an insurance discrepancy. I should have got his name, but he was wearing purple and had on purple glasses. This was the worst experience EVER!!!

2nd visit to this Labcorp location and both times over the past 14 months, I was impressed with the staff. They are genuinely friendly, cheerful, efficient and seem to enjoy their work which in this day and age seems to be rare. I do not understand the negative Google reviews as that has not been my experience. Coming here is far more enjoyable than any doctor's office I've visited for many years.

I called Labcorp and was put on hold three different times, and the receptionist never returned to answer my questions. Very poor customer service.

LabCorp exceeded my expectations. The staff was kind, friendly, and did a fantastic job. Even without an appointment, I was seen relatively quickly. I had to drop off a stool sample, which let’s be real, can be mortifying, but they reassured me that it was normal and okay. I highly recommend this location - the staff here is truly one of a kind and genuinely good people.

My visit today was definitely one of the most unpleasant visits to a medical facility in all my life. The lady at the front desk got an attitude when I mentioned I wasn't there for a pre employment drug screening but post accident drug screen she snapped at me that with an attitude saying that it isn't what she put it in for to which I responded oh I'm sorry the part you highlighted made me think thats what you were putting it in for. Then my biggest complaint would be for WOMAN that took my urine sample making me feel bad because I am on my cycle and I have a heavy flow so there was blood involved and she tells me I should have wiped prior to peeing in the sample cup to which I told her I did but my flow is heavy and she told me it's no excuse and that next time I need to be more courteous. You work in the medical field honey. If you can't deal with blood then maybe you should do something else as if I wanted to be there in the first place any more than you apparently did. The waiting room is small and their is no way to separate the clearly sick from the healthy people hacking and coughing with no mask on. Just over all a bad experience. Would never recommend being treated here and luckily I only have to go for work and will never go back if I can ever help it and will never recommend them to anyone.

I'm obsessed with Claudine and Jesselyn. I make a FOOL out of myself every time I go for blood work because I'm so nervous about it, but they make me feel so much better and are so patient with me. I'm so grateful that they work there and are willing to work with me. I have their names on my fridge so I don't forget and can ask for them every time I go Get them a raise!!! ?

Great place, very efficient. I didn’t spend even 20 minutes to have my blood work. Taking my blood is always a problem because they can’t find my veins, but Claudine made an amazing job. She took my blood in a heartbeat, without pinching me like a budoo doll, at the first try. She is also very professional and kind. Great experience.

If I could give this LabCorp more stars I would! They were quick in getting people checked in and back to the patient rooms. I went to get my blood drawn for testing but I am terrified of blood. Claudine was so kind and kept me distracted from the process the whole time. When I felt lightheaded, the whole team made sure I felt comfortable and was good to go before I left the office. They are an amazing team and great medical professionals! I'll definitely go here if I ever need another blood draw and I would highly recommend them!

Labcorp in Lawrenceville is THE BEST!! I reserve online and have no wait when I arrive. Most importantly the phlebotomists are great!!! its hard to draw blood from me but they are patient, kind, reassuring and persisten. CJ is awesome! I highly recommend them!

The gentleman at the front desk is a rockstar. He is so professional, courteous and in general very helpful. This location always gets me in quickly and is done quickly. Everything is top notch.

I don’t think that anyone looks forward to going to the lab to have blood work done, but I have to say that my experience at this LabCorp clinic at 575 Professional Dr in Lawrenceville is always a pleasure. The staff members are friendly and personable, and most importantly professional and good at their job. I have experienced other labs and none of them compare to the pleasant experience I regularly get at this LabCorp. I highly recommend this lab.
