The salesman, Doug, was very personable, very professional, and very efficient. We went in just to look at chairs and walked out after having purchased one. Doug made the purchase experience easy and pleasant.

I went into La-Z-Boy on Sunday and I’m already enjoying my new recliner. Savannah assisted me and she was amazing. She was thorough, patient, and helped me find a recliner that was a great fit for me. It was sort of an impulse purchase. I knew I was going to need something in the future, as my husband and I are planning for a baby, but I didn’t think I would be purchasing something that day. I didn’t want the typical glider that many buy. My recliner is perfect. I can use it as a rocking chair or can recline and doze off while watching my favorite shows. The last two days, I’ve been excited to get off work and chill in my new happy place. I don’t typically shop at La-Z-Boy, but I think I’ll start now. The quality is excellent. This definitely won’t be the last purchases I get from them!

Haven't visited La-Z-Boy in quite a while, but my wife's memory issues requires us to move her downstairs and I wanted to have the ability to doze off and be able to hear her. Sarah did a great job showing and explaining the different options to me. So I bought one the next day.

We just visited the Scenic Hwy La-Z-Boy and had the wonderful experience of working with Savannah. Not only did she really listen to what we were looking for, but also what our non-negotiables are. We found what potentially may work for us, and she provided us with a price. Savannah was fantastic to work with! She is knowledgeable about all the items in the store, patient, and made some great suggestions that would be beneficial for our family, which includes a number of dogs. Should we move on this, I look so very forward in working with Savannah!

Kathy and I have been searching for new living room furniture for months at different locations. We finally stopped off this week at Lat-z-Boy.
Our sales lady Jeannie was wonderful right from the start and we purchased everything on our list at a great price. Jeannie helped us coordinate our sofa and recliners with the rug and tables we wanted.
Excellent service from everyone at the store.

Jeanne was absolutely wonderful to work with in the purchase of a power recliner. I visited two locations and came back to purchase from her because of her attitude and attentiveness. No pressure, very knowledgeable and helpful in listening to all that we needed on a very tight timeline.
