I saw an ad at checkout for a rib cookout last week. It’s nice in theory but not actually good because it’s just those home chef ribs that is tougher than cement. I love Kroger but management should’ve put some thought into this good idea. This was executed so poorly.

I never shop at Krogers not going to lie I only come here for money orders for my apartment. I went here and the first time it was fast and quick. Then I came here yesterday and they messed up on my money order. But the lady that did it wasn’t the same person that did my money order the first time I went. I might come back again and hopefully it would be the other person that helped me the first time I got a money order from them.

Deli by far is the worse deli I ever bright food at the Chicken breast might as well been Carboard dark meet was decent wedges are ok the wait time was not worth the wait at all wasted time and money

I'm standing by the "deli" as I type this. Stood here for 10 minutes watching an employee slicing cheese for online orders... to give to an employee filling these orders. No one else is in sight. I'm just wondering when in person customer service started taking a back seat to online orders that aren't even in the store.

Has a decent clearance area, store is neat. But 1 uscan employee for 6 registers and 1 open cashier means this store needs to cut into their record breaking post convid profits and hire some caahiers for a liveable wage.
