I really appreciate how the evening pharmacist and staff work together with the morning staff to ensure that prescription gets filled in time before my surgery. Every time I go there everyone is courteous and helpful. I picked up from other pharmacies before, but this Kroger pharmacy is the most efficient, caring, and helpful by far.

This place is ridiculous!! Staff super slow! They claim to be 2 days behind...I see why!! Super slow! Tell you to come back in 3 hours, i came back in 4 hours and it still wasn't ready!!! Let's just ignore the fact that i informed them that the patient just had his kidney REMOVED!!! NO SENSE OF URGENCY!!!

It takes them days to fill your prescription and they'll STILL miss one or just hold one for some odd variety of reasons that you have to come back later or the next day to pick up (and they still haven't filled it so you have to wait another 30 min for them to fill.)I've been getting monthly prescriptions from here since last November and haven't had a single pick up that wasn't without hassle. They've messed something up every single time. I'm switching.

I love the Grayson Kroger! I've been shopping there for years and it is always nice to see smiling faces. The Deli girls always know how to brighten my day, and the managers respond well to the customer's needs. I will continue to be a loyal customer.
