NEW OWNERSTitle: Extremely Displeased with Knights Body ShopI am deeply unhappy with my recent experiences at Knights Body Shop. The once-reliable location has undergone a noticeable decline in both service quality and professionalism.After a service truck hit my bumper, I wanted help from Knights Body Shop to straighten it out. However, my truck was bizarrely kept at their facility for an tiresome 60 days. When I inquired about the delay, I was informed that they couldn't even get my truck out of gear – a perplexing surprise.Frustrated and desperate, I drove my truck home and I had to arrange for my truck to be towed to a nearby shop. Despite the inconvenience caused by their lack of skill, Knights Body Shop made no effort to compensate or offer any discount when the service company check was sent directly to them.The paint job on my front hood was a disaster, and astonishingly, they managed to paint the front windshield as well. The promised repairs, including the removal of a dent on the right-hand side of my truck, were neglected. Even the dent above the bumper, for which I paid, remained untouched.The entire situation leaves me both sad and disappointed. I am unable to comprehend where the considerable sum of money allocated for repairs went, as the outcomes were far from satisfactory. To add insult to injury, overspray now mars my engine bay, engine, and front windshield.I will not be returning to Knights Body Shop. The lack of accountability, poor service, and subpar workmanship have shattered my trust in this place, and I strongly caution others against choosing them for their automotive needs.

Quality was excellent and service was impeccable. I have used many Body Shops over the years and this was one of the best experiences. Needed an all over paint job and Dobie delivered on time and all for a great price. This shop has been serving customers for almost 40 years and it shows. Thank you for a great customer experience!!!

Knight's has taken great care of our cars! He does an amazing job with attention to detail. With 3 teenagers, I've visited them more times than I'd like, but he's made it less painful with spot on prices! I wouldn't have anyone else do bodywork on our cars.

Highly Recommend. Had a front bumper painted and installed and my mirrors sanded down and painted and the end result was amazing. All for a very reasonable price.
